Definitely had better was experiences. I waited 20 minutes before I was taken into my appointment. If I had an appointment, I shouldnt have waited that long. Also wasn't too fond of the room set up, the top of the walls were open, so I could hear everything coming from the rooms ajoining mine. To me, this is a private matter and I don't need to hear the next person's conversations or screaming, etc...

My technician was super nice. She was meticulous about getting every single hair, which was a good thing. But the BIG RED FLAG for me was that she used the same stick the whole time! That means double dipping, and whoever elses germs has been double dipped too. At the end of my session, she left the stick sitting in the wax, and didn't throw it away in the garbage. That is disgusting and nonhygeinic. I probably won't come back just for that sole reason. Or if I do, it will only be for any other part besides my bikini. I don't want any STD, or bacteria or whatever because of double dipping.

I really just wanted to leave this comment for the owners, because the place is not that bad. They probably just need a refresher training for the techs not to reuse the sticks. But when I asked the receptionist if they had a comment box, she told me no and supposedly the owners read the online comments. We'll see how true that is.

I am used to going to SoBe body waxing @ Sunset and am used to their high standards. I can't back track. The main reason I tried this place was because I read one review that the manager used to manage the SoBe wax, but it definitely was not the same experience.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE. I seriously love this place... waxing has never been easier.

1.The service is great!!! I make my appointment, get there on time, and walk in for my session almost right away. Also, they make you feel sooo comfortable... There are two girls there that I love! one is Venezuelan & the other one Colombian (both in her 30s, early 40s)they make my waxing experience PAIN-FREE!!!

2.The prices are really good. This is not the cheapest place I have found, however, for the quality of service they offer, Senses is AMAZING. I have gone to about 5 other places before to do wax, and Senses has been the second cheapest... and the one with best service. No kidding. This place is great.

3.Super fast, super honest, super nice, super smooth =) that's all I got to say. I truly recommend this place to anyone.

Best Wax Studio!. I have been going here for about a year now and this has to one of the best wax salon in South Florida. It is wonderful to have this place in P.Pines! I always get a great wax- eyebrows, bikinis. The tech takes pride in making sure her work is to perfection. I highly recommend this place. The staff is very professional and the experience is always great. You might wait a few minutes for your tech but its worth the wait.

Wonderful!. I have tried many other spas for bikini wax, and this is the best place ever. They know what they are doing. After the first time, it does not hurt much.

I get my wax with Sandra, she is fabulous and she has great expertise. I highly recommend this place. Great prices too!

great place to have facials and waxing!!!. THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE WHERE YOU´LL FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WELL RECEIVED. THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS HERE IS REALLY NICE, I HAD A FACIAL WITH BEATRIZ IT WAS WONDERFUL!!

ALSO, THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY PRODUCTS!!

best place for doing wax and facials. in this place i really found good prices for a very good service (incluiding the team, they are very nice), i've donde eyebrowns , underarms, bikini and facials , and i went out so happy with the results, so thats why i recomend this place.

not happy. I have been there 3 times, and The first two I was getting a lot of ingrowns, which the lady said it was normal, but the last time I went I left unhappy because I felt like it was rushed, and when I got home I noticed I had a lot of hairs left. also, I had a big bruise on my inner thigh on my bikini line.
