great full service optometrist and eyeglass store in wilton manors

i highly recommend world eyeglasses for an eye exam and for eye ware. they have great prices on the vision exam and discount eye glasses. the staff is professional and friendly. dr. enker is thorough and up-to-date with the newest technology for eye exams. i got new contact lenses and a designer pair of glasses at a great price, not as bad as the last place.

World Eyeglasses is a great vision care center. I needed a new prescription for my contacts and the contact lenses exam with Dr. Enker was thorough and inexpensive compared to other places like 4 eyes or lenscrafters and I felt like Dr. Enker and his staff really cared about my needs and I was not just a number. I got my new contact lenses and they feel great and a great pair of prescription eyeglasses as well at a great price.

dr. gary enker, owner of world eyeglasses provides the most uptodate eye care and eye exams. my whole family has gone to him for years and receives wonderful vision care at his practice. he is competitively priced, has a wide selection of designer eyeglasses and frames and offers discounts to help with the pricing. he and his staff truly care about your comfort and satisfaction. we won't go anywhere else for our eye care.

dr. gary enker has been our family eye doctor for several years now and we love going to him! his vision care center is the best in ft. lauderdale. his priceson eye exams are great and he has great discount glasses and contact lenses and a club that saves more money are contacts. his staff is professional and courteous eye care givers. we highly recommend him to anyone who needs an optometrist.

World Eyeglasses is the best! Dr. Enker, the owner really does a through eye exam and his staff , Sandy and Nin and helpful with choosing eyeglass frames. I had my new prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses in a week. For a great optician near Oakland Park I highly recommend you give World Eyeglasses a call especially for saving money on everythings.

Recently moved to Wilton Manors and needed an eye doctor. Like most people I used the internet to do a search reviews for an optometrist within my zip code and found several, but decided to go to World Eyeglasses because of the positive reviews and the discount eye glasses he offers. The eye exam was done with the newest technology and Dr. Enker was very professional and gave me a ton of information about my eyes. I had some not so great experiences before but this was great and will always go here for my eye vision care.

I needed an eye exam and found dr. gary enker right near my job in Oakland park. There was also an offer of discount eyeglasses so I made an appt and the wait was not bad at all, maybe 10 to 15 mintues. The staff was great, they were on time and efficient. I gotta contact lens exam too. Them was able to look at their eyeglass shop and pick out a great pair of prescription glasses, an eyeglass frame for sunglasses and get new contact lenses at a great price!

I will like to start by saying THANK YOU to Dr. Enker! I am 53 years old and have been trying to get the correct prescription for my contacts for over 6 YEARS! It wasn't until the visit at World Eyeglasses that I finally was fitted correctly. I have been to various eye doctors including all the major eyeglass stores and have not been satisfied with the results. Yes, at Dr. Enker's there is paper work to complete and there is a wait but all worth it. So they give you various sheets of information, which are very helpful and through these you can ask questions and receive some eye education. There was tons of information that I was not aware of nor did I receive at any of the local eyeglass stores. The exams were very thorough and even more so than any other places I've visited. In relation to the costs, in Boca Raton, I've started with the regular specials of $79.00 for 2 pair of glasses and wind-up at the end paying way over $300.00. So to everyone out there, relax! Dr. Enker is a patient eye doctor who will accommodate your requests. I wanted to be able to have the right contacts prescription for 100% use vs. eyeglasses and he did just that. My previous eye doctor well known in Boca Raton, had me in a reverse prescription for a year and when I told him my vision wasn't clear, I received a response, "That's as good as it gets for your age". Plus he placed me in the most expensive contacts for monovision. At Dr. Enker's my cost was below 1/2 without insurance of what I paid to the previous doctor. For those who complain about the costs, where ever you go and depending on your prescription and extras that you add for your own satisfaction/comfort, nothing is for free. Thank you again Dr. Enker!

crooks. I was very decieved by the reviews here. I had a groupon when I went in for my contact exam. It was for a value of $149. The exam went great but when I went to leave they told me I owed them and additional $99 on top of the $70 I already spent on the gorupon. I asked them if it was normally $250 for a contact exam and they simply said they had informed me that there was a $99 additional charge for toric fitment. I asked where they informed of this and they gave me this flier that I had read but the part about $99 was very deceiving and in fact was not in proper english to where a person could understand it. Not to mention it did not say anywhere on the groupon that there is any additional fee's. There solution was to ask me to take out my contacts as if it was part of the exam and then say "thank you, you are free to go and find another doctor:" This was after they had already dilated my eyes. So I got in my car and started to drive home eye dilated no contacts. I thought this was a little silly so I tried to call them to resolve the issue and the response I got is please dont call our office again unless your prepared to pay the $99.

I would like to say it takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a review. But, honestly these guys are crooks and I had that feeling when they started making me read all these flier's in big bold type but all the sentences jumbled together. Take the other reviews as you would like but some of them sound a little to scripted to me. I have since made my appointment at costco of davie $120 for toric fitment, no additional fees.
