Absolutely The Worst Office Staff.
I went in to have some vials of lidocaine tested for an allergy. The office staff refused to do it unless I agreed to some distasteful procedure of shoving something up my nose and down my throat. When I did not want to have this procedure done, I was asked to leave. My thinking is, if I am paying for the doctor I should be given the opportunity to say I prefer not to have something done. If they insist, then they should pay me. All I needed was the lidocain and carbocaine tested for specific preservatives!
This office is horrible, the doctor is nice but since they would not even let me talk to him, I consider them more rude than I was when I left.
