HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY RUDE! THE WORST EVER. I wish I could give this company -5 stars. What a terrible mistake it was to hire this extremely unprofessional company. The techs never show up on time...if they even show up at all. You call the office and they don't have a clue. Can you really run a business when your people are ALWAYS RUNNING LATE? The owner Larry just continues to give excuses as to why his people cant get anywhere on time. Really? Do you really expect me to wait around in my house (again and again and again) until you decide to show up on Saturday afternoon?

THE WORST EVER. It's hard to know where to begin with how horrible this company is. #1-an hour late for first appointment. #2-small ant problem not fixed. Called three weeks later to take advantage of 30 day garauntee. #3-no on showed up for appointment. When I called, they said "huh, I see it here, don't know how we missed it. I'll call you back in 5 minutes when I find a tech." No call back, so I called them and rescheduled. Guess what...#4 No one showed up for rescheduled appointment. Called again, "Sorry, they are running REALLY late. God, Larry (the manager) DOES THIS ALL THE TIME! But I promise someone will be there at Xtime this afternoon." Great.... Guess what, #5 NO ONE SHOWED UP! When I called again...blah, blah, you get the point. Problem STILL NOT SOLVED. Larry had the balls to suggest I get a yearly service. I asked if he was kidding. Long story, short point-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL.…

STAY AWAY from this unethical and unprofessional "company". STAY AWAY from this unprofessional and unethical "company". I had them for a bi-monthly service to treat our yard. Several months ago our ficus hedges became infected with whiteflies. One would think that the technicians that are spraying our yard would at the very least would bring this to my attention and try to upsell a whitelfy treatment. They didn't. It wasn't until I noticed half of my hedges completely bare that I had them come out and spray for whitelfies. I specifically asked and they said they guarantee the treatment for six months; if the flies return so will they at no charge. Well, the files are back and when called to get them to retreat the hedges, the owner Larry said they would have to charge me even more than I paid the first time! After I said I was not willing to pay, he said I should call someone else. Do yourself a favor... TAKE HIS ADVICE. Call someone (anyone) else!…

Total Ripoff! Incompetent, dishonest, dysfuntional. I wish there was a way I could give this company a minus 5 rating. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company (which apparently is no longer a legitimate Florida Corporation and is not registered). No shows, work not done correctly, rude employees, and sloppy work, incompetent office personnel, and an owner, Larry, who claims to be a dispatcher, and doesn't know who the owner is. When the workers showed up (many broken, missed appointments), the work orders were wrong because the office couldn't get it right. We realized we were getting scammed when the owner said our prepaid work order was already completed (when we weren't there, of course), and later an office person called to schedule the call. We are now suspect that any of the work they have done has been done correctly, if at all. Stay away from this terrible company, and find a reputable pest control company.…
