Do NOT use this florist!. I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. They did not deliver the flowers until 5:00 pm! My mom was on her way out to her birthday dinner when they came.

I called them to see if the flowers had been delivered at 4 pm and they said that the driver left a long time ago. When I called my mom she said that she had not received them. It ruined the surprise.

When they finally came, my mom complained to the driver that they were delivered late and he said, "you don't have to accept the flowers." And when my mom asked if I would get a refund, he said, "that has nothing to do with whether you accept them or not."

The florist would not call me back and did not offer any kind of refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!
