HI, THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING THIS COMPANY! I WOULD HAVE TO OVER ALL GIVE THEM A 10 STAR RATING... THE LADY WORKING THE FRONT LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, MADE MY PACKAGE CORRECT, ON TIME, AN REALLY HAS MADE ME A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE..... AN THE LADY WORKING IN THE BACK, DIDN'T SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH, BUT SHE REALLY TRIED TO HELP ME ALSO, AN BETWEEN BOTH OF THE LADYS... THEY DID A GREAT JOB.. THANKS FOR MAKING MY 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SO SPECIAL.....

Coral Springs Edible Arrangements is awesome. I have ordered from this location several times and I have always received great service. The product is fresh and beautiful! Everytime I give an arrangement as a gift it has been well received. They went out of their way to accomodate my special request for a certain container and specific balloons.

Never order from this store. I've been a client of this company for many years and have ordered arrangements from various locations. The Coral Springs, FL store has terrible customer service and gives the franchise a very bad reputation. I placed an order monday afternoon for delivery the next day at my husbands job for his bday. I requested the order be delivered as early as possible the next day. The next day by 2pm the order had not arrived, so I called and was notified that my order was being delivered at that time. My husband received his arrangement as he was leaving his job shortly after 5pm. I called the store and was told the manager would call me. I never got a call and when I call I am put on hold indefinitely. I have been very polite on the phone, so I don't understand their neglect. I'll never order from this company again and recommend you tell your friends not to use this company either. This was not a holiday so it is unacceptable that the order took so long to be delivered.
