GREAT SERVICE. This is hands-down the best salon experience imaginable. I have never gotten a better cut or color . I've walked into a lot of upscale salons, armed with a blind optimism that the stylist will make me look my best--and The Elite Group is the only establishment to have met and exceeded my expectations *every time*. The personal attention, the atmosphere, the fabulous playlists on the stereo--everything is perfect. This must sound hyperbolic to the uninitiated, but I promise, you won't want to return to whomever you were seeing before. The Elite experience will make anyone unfaithful to their previous stylist.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!. I was so excited to have an appointment with a new hairstylist my girlfriend had recommended. My former stylist just wasn't listening to what i needed anymore or trying to suggest new styles for me.

When I made my appointment the receptionist ask me all kinds of questions about my hair to make sure I was working with the right stylist for my hair type. When I went for my appointment all of the employees were so helpful and professional, the atmosphere was warm and friendly and my stylist took her time with my consultaion and understood what I wanted for my color and cut, I felt very comfortable for my first visit. My hair came out BEAUTIFUL!! I have a new color, she took out my very dark hair my other stylist had colored almost black for years and made me a natural light brown with soft carmel highlights.

I will recommend this stylist (Nina) to all my friends.
