ROTELLIS WILL KICK YOU OUT BEFORE THEY SERVE YOU!. Every Rotellis I have ever been to has offered me nothing but trouble! I went to the one on Sheridan by I-75 and the sauce tasted like ketchup! I ordered the eggplant and it was delivered to my table looking like no eggplant I ever saw! It was like a pile of mush! I thought the spaghetti was horrible because again, the sauce was ketchup! Last night, two couples went for dinner at the new rotellis on Commercial Blvd in the Sunrise Tamarac area. We waited 45 minutes for a table. Rotelli had sent out area coupons for Dinners at a buy one get one free under $11.95 and pizza coupon with one topping for $9.99. The regular menu prices for dinner were near $18 for anything decent and pizza was $17 for one topping! The only item on the menu under $11.95 was for basic spaghetti! Our idea was to use the coupons and try out the food. SUPRISE!!! that we were not allowed to use them! They said only one coupon per table! No where did it say that on the coupon! We explained we would each get separate checks and one coupon for one couple and one for the other. No such doing- They refused to honor them and said if we are unhappy we can leave! So we did! We went to Robertos around the corner in Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza on Pine Island and found complete dinners for under $10 and the $16 pizza was for a huge pizza with 5 meat toppings! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ROTELLIS! THEY ARE RUDE, HAVE FALSE ADVERTISING, AND ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!
