Incompetent, liars and thieves!. After the 5th treatment I still had no results so I was very concerned and asked to speak to the medical director. Dr. Sherman had an appointment scheduled with me and never showed up to the appointment that I scheduled with him 3 months in advance!! I was furious so they set up another appointment and said he will make it this time. Very unprofessional! I did not trust him. He told me that the his nurses know more about laser hair removal than he does! The reason I went to him is because I lost trust in the PA’s and the nurses because they all said different things and seemed to have no idea what they are doing or why I was getting no results. At this point, I did not trust any of them and started asking for my money back because I did not wish to continue. First of all it was a waste of time and second of all it was extremely painful for no reason!! They said that I would NOT qualify for any money back until I tried all the options the doctor and the nurses wanted me to try!!

I asked for my medical records and they gave me the run around. I had to ask for my medical records multiple times before they gave it to me even though it is legally my right!! I finally got my results after nagging them for two years!!! I am a very patient person and I know that things can get crazy in the medical field and things happen but come on this was plain wrong!!

I went to an independent dermatologist who confirmed that I should be getting results but they were doing something wrong.

Dr. Sherman told me that he will increase to the maximum energy on one machine (YAG) and if no results then will go to the other machine (LASE). I did the maximum energy on the YAG and still no results so they switched me to the LASE which I was warned was more dangerous and could cause permanent burns and scaring. I went on with the new machine to give a try so they have no excuse for not giving me my money back. I also wanted to try all their “options” but I was very skeptical. They promised me that if it still didn't work that they will issue me all my money back because they were so sure it would work. And if it works they were going to continue with it until I was satisfied with the results without asking me to pay any extra. I also have proof of them admitting in the charts that their treatment was not working but continued to lie to me and gave me false promises. They are thieves and liars! After the first treatment with the LASE I still had no results and had an adverse reaction to one of the numbing creams they wrote me. At this point I gave up on them and I was not going to go there anymore and I needed to get my money back.

I spoke multiple times to try and get this resolved with them. BTW, it was a night mare trying to get any help and no one in their corporate office gives a damn. Finally, after multiple attempts, their lawyer talked to me and told me that I had no treatments left and I do not qualify for any money back. This is not true! I did NOT use all my 9 treatments so they still owe me treatments but I do not wish to continue with them because they have no idea what they are doing. I have noticed absolutely no results and some areas have gotten worse. I also wasted all my time and went through so much pain for no reason. They provide false advertising not just to me but to millions of people.

They clearly have no idea what they are doing and lied to me the whole way through so that I use up most of my treatments and don't qualify for the prorated amount back. These people have shady business practices at best. They clearly did not provide me with the service they promised. Do NOT trust them! DO NOT GO THERE!!…
