Try and stay away.... Terrible, terrible...

1.The service is bad. They make you wait forever (unlike most places I've visited) and!! ask for a photocopy of your drivers license (I asked why & the receptionist told me: "we have customers trying to be smart asses, saying is their first visit to save money"... I don't think that's something you should tell a customer... nor a way to address a one).

2.The staff is terrible! I have been waxing for a couple of years now... and I have gone to at least 5 other wax places... I must say, waxing has never hurt so much until I started going to GreenWave (I gave GreenWave 3 trials... 3times were horrible).

3.The prices are a bit expensive. Out of all the places I have gone to GreenWax has been the second most expensive, and for the quality of service they offer... they are definitely NOT worth it. I now go to a place in Pembroke that is WAY cheaper and you find WAY better service...

4.They lie. During my last visit I was told by a staff member the price for one of their services was one, and then I was charged another... when I asked how was that possible they said: "the other staff didn't know, sorry"... ALSO, that same staff member offered me a laser hair removal service, but when I asked more about it I found out they had no license/certification/or any other type of qualification to do such service... the lady said: "I am the one who does it, and trust me, that's an easy thing, the machine basically does it all" and she gave me a price of $100 per session per body part... when I inquired more about it the following week they told me the machine was broken... yeah, right.

ADVICE: Try and stay away... GreenWave is no good.
