Loved at first and will AVOID now indefinitely.... This is the first time I've ever left a poor rating on a restaurant online...So me and my girlfriend have been there 4 out of the last 7 days and loved the calzone and what they called a pepperoni wheel. 4th day, get a side salad and it comes out with things asked not to be on it and the wrong dressing but no big deal. I asked for a slice of pizza with when the salad came out but got that when the calzone came out, but again, no big deal. The calzone was burnt and hard as rock. Waitress was completely accommodative and very understanding. We politely sent the calzone back and the waitress obliged and apologized. We could see the cook cut the calzone open and grab, with his hands, the stuffing of the calzone from the burnt one and put it into a new set of dough. We got up and told the lady, who seemed like the manager, at the register what we saw and asked to pay for what we were served and she said, "Well, it looks like somebody is going to be hungry?" I replied, "we will be going to eat somewhere else". This, to us, was an extremely bad and rude experience and for her to not offer some type of accomodation for how poorly everything was handled seemed unbecoming of business that is not a "thriving" success. Though we did have a good enough experience the first 3 times we went (and the lady and waitress remembered us), we will not be going back and do not recommend anyone going either if that's the type of service that is to be expected at any location. This location happened to be at the Sunrise Blvd location between Pine Island and University, near the Publix shopping center. We actually did not care for their pizza and have heard similiar comments but the calzone and pepperoni wheels were quite tasty the first 3 times. Waitress was kind and accommodative. Manager/Register lady was rude. Cook was slow and rude as well.
