I wish I had seen these reviews BEFORE I decided to use them..Here's my story: I replied to an email after comparing them to other movers in the area and seeing that they were one of the cheaper ones around town. Since I had about an easy of a move as possible (small 1 BR apt, in-town move (<30 mins away), furniture in a storage unit, etc) I didn't need the "Gold Standard" of movers, basically just a couple guys and a truck. When discussing with the sales person, I explained my situation in very simple terms and in very specific detail: I HAD to be moved in at my new bldg before 5pm on moving day or else lose the elevators which I had to reserve (I kid you not) weeks in advance...At 5pm the elevators are shut down and if you are not done moving in then too bad...Unreasonable? Yes - but that's a story for another time as one would think that showing up on time would be the EASY part of moving...The sales person assured me again and again that this was "no problem" and that they would in fact be there at "12:00 sharp" (Later that day I had another person at the company call me saying it would be within 2 hrs of our already agreed upon time but that meant even the 'worst case senario' of them showing up at 2:00pm leaves us enough time to get moved in since I am setup for a quick move.

Of course they do not show up at noon, I call, they say they will track down the movers and call me back and let me know when they will arrive. Over 30 mins later I get a call saying that they are stuck moving someone else literally an hour away and that they will be there now between 4 & 6pm...Mind you that this is the day I HAVE to move in and that the elevators were already booked solid for literally weeks past my day. I will say that the person I talked to that day was nice and sympathized with the bind I was in and I am going to assume there was nothing that she could have done, but she promised that she would refund my $100 security deposit and apologized...Until I just got my credit card statement and saw that in fact they hadn't refunded the $100 security prompting me to write this review - (even though they are refunding my security now after I had to call and 'remind' them to do so).

Very long story short I was able to call another mover in the area (Superior Movers in Boca) which thank God they had a sense of urgency bc we literally made it at the last second, although for a couple hundred $$ more than I was budgeting for.

Bottom line: the sales person who set me up is no longer with the company leading me to believe that they have a high turnover of sales people who will probably will say anything to get the order. The staff seems confused and not well organized. I get the feeling that they will just try and get as many commitments as possible, telling you whatever you need to hear, overbooking the movers and then changing plans on you the last minute hoping you can adjust. Since they never showed they didn't move me so I can't comment as to a good move, careful with items, etc - but I have a feeling that if they cannot even get a truck (small truck at that) within 5 hrs of their 'promised' time that the movers are probably equally as confused and sloppy.

Do not use this carrier

I have moved 4 times. This company is a fraud. It quoted me a price of $7k. After they loaded my goods, they said they would not unload unless I paid $5k more. My total cost was $12k. This was a full pack move and I ended up paying for much of the packing supplies. They damaged my neigbor's lawn, hardwood floors in 5 rooms, and left 1/3 of my furntire in the rain while they went on another job. Horrible - avoid them at all costs.

Worst experience of my life...

This company offered the worst service I have ever had. They damaged almost every piece of furniture they moved, two of which are destroyed and need to be replaced. They over charged for packing material, forgot numerous items at the start location, stacked fragile boxes under boxes of books & photo albums, and left all of their trash in my garage.

I wish I had read these warnings before hiring them. They are a fraud of a company. DO NOT USE THEM.
