Please do your research on Better Business Bureau they have 42 complaints as of March 29,2013

We signed a contract in April of 2011 to have pool built it is March 29,2013 and still they have failed to complete this project! Keith is a LIAR!!!!

This company has failed to complete this project they take our checks and then disappear for months at a time.

The pool was defective they had to modify the pool columns because they were not symmetrical.

Left our yard filthy and the pool too for months

Bait and switched our pool equipment

Tried to extort more money than was left on the contract the day of plaster and when we said no they left and did not finish the project we hired another company to complete the pool due to be done next week

Broken Promises Lies and More Lies awful worst experience ever I will never build another pool

I just wanted to say thanks to Keith and the crew at nationwide pools. I had a pool and spa put in with a electric heater in coconut creek and it took them around 4 months for completion. Everything came out great. We have had the pool for 8 months now and not a single problem. I noticed this bad review and felt I should take the time to write my own review because they are a great company an sometimes other people slander companies, or the individuals are crazy to deal with. So if your thinking of buying a new pool I would use them since my experience was good. Also forgot to add. I had trouble with my final on the electrical and it had nothing to do with them. But they went out of there way to get it resolved with the city and get the final passed. And by the way Keith is a great guy.

Devin was great. He is extremely creative, his initial design plans really turned out great and he is one heck of a salesman. I found myself not being able to say no to anything he came up with.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the employees of Nationwide Pools for their professionalism while installing my pool. All the employees we had the pleasure of interacting with were courteous and respectful. A special thanks to Stephanie DeArudda who handled all our paperwork and calls, and to Keith Stuart for supervising all phases of construction. We were impressed, as well, with the fact that Nationwide Pools owns their equipment and does not contract out to other companies.

I just want to let anyone who is interested in having a pool installed know what a great experience it has been for us with Nationwide Pools of Tampa. Everyone has been great . From the start with James we have been kept informed at what to expect next and they have always delivered each promise on time and everyone that has been to our home and worked on the project have been professional and courteous. The quality of work is above and beyond. Jay, the project manager has come up with several great ideas that we had not thought about. I would highly recommend Nationwide for all your pool needs.
