Worst Ever--Biggest Liars!. It is 8:15pm on Mother's Day and neither Mother has received anything! I ordered two $60 bouquets on Friday morning at 10am. I received an email confirmation for my order, to be delivered in two days, Mother's Day. When, as of 3pm today nothing had arrived, i called the shop, where I was assured they were on the way. The woman I spoke to said she even remembered the name of one of the receipient's and "knew" it was on it's way. I called the shop back at 5:10pm and no answer and no one has picked up again. No flower's! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service.

Didn't provide what was promised. I ordered a Get Well bear from this site. I called twice to make sure it was available for delivery same day. I also wanted to confirm that exact bear was available-Get Well Build-A-Bear.

My friend sent a picture of the delivery and it was NOT at all what I ordered. It was much smaller than the bear online and of very POOR quality.

I would NEVER order from this place again.

Great Florist. I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday and she was very please! I want to thank Monica for the great service and quality of flowers that they delivered. I looked on other websites before I called her and she worked around my budget and the type of flowers I was looking to send. They also sent the flower out on the same day. Thanks again and I'm glad Citysearch had you all on their website.
