If you are sick of looking at yourself in the mirror as you are. If you can?t stand not fitting into your clothes. If you hate working out. Fitness Together is THE place to go. I hate working out. I hate running and I don?t like to go to these gyms with a thousand people everywhere. At Fitness Together I am trained by pros who push me and allow me to bust my butt for 45 minutes every workout 3 times a week. In 6 weeks I have lost 20 lbs., 4 waist sizes, and regained my self-confidence. If you truly want to look like you can, call them. If you don?t, then blame yourself. Listen to them, bust your tail while you are there, and you will see the results.

I live in Oakland Park and the studio is right down the street from me so it is perfect. I had checked out a lot of the other studios and gyms in the area but truthfully I was drawn to the Private Training Suites that FT in Fort Lauderdale offered. Plus I really like the trainers at the studio and the philosophy. I might be moving out of the area but was excited to learn that there is a Fitness Together in the town that I might be moving to. I would miss The Fort Lauderdale studio immensely but am relieved to find that I can find the same kind of Studio in another area that has the type of integrity that these owners seem to have.

I cant believe how quickly i achieved results with FT personal trainers. THey knew just how much to push me, what exercises i needed to get the look i desired and they held me accountable for my actions when i wasnt there, too! The facility is so clean, unlike gyms, and the attention is very personal - they really care about my success.
