Michael and his crew are "FANTASTIC". MIchael knows how to run a business when it comes to painting and restoration. Quick results and a quality job! He was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable when we made our decision to have his company do a complete refacing and full paint job of the exterior of our home. He definitely knows what it takes to give great customer service. Great communication, very organized and well planned out and keeps you informed each step of the way. It also reflects in his crew. They were the most professional and polite bunch of guys to have around our home for the week. The complete refacing and paint job turned out absolutley "BEAUTIFUL"...what a difference. I "HIGHLY" recommend Michael and his company to everyone I know. They are the "BEST"!

Hello Michael and Crew, I am pleased to say that you all did such a wonderful job at my home and rear addition.

All of your hard work is so noticeable. The colors are lovely and I cant get over the change. The interior of my home is a complete transformation, all of my friends are so impressed. Also when you drive up to my home you cant even tell it is the same home, from the roof to the entire home I am so impressed. You were not the cheapest but I am so glad I went with your company Michael because you really went the extra mile. I originally googled renovation contractors and found you here on City Search so I thought it was only befitting to come back and leave a few words on what my experience was. I am delighted to say that my roof looks amazing and I have no leaks! They really worked hard and got the job done. I had 3 other quotes, Marciano Enterprises was in the middle but I just felt right with my decision to work with Michael, the owner. He took the time to go over every detail and he had the hands on experience to assure me I was in good hands. The crew was CLEAN, hardworking and left me a beautiful, bright, glossy and functional roof !! OH...... yes it was ugly and leaking ! They also came inside and did all the wall and ceiling repairs and painting. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Michael and Team ! Mary D

Just had my roof waterproofed by Marciano Enterprises. WOW is all I can say ! It has been 3 weeks and heavy rains with no leaks. The roof looks amazing which was not as much of a concern but I must say the looks of the final product as well as the overall cleanliness of the crews operations was quite impressive. They even repaired and painted the interior ceilings leaving the rooms spotless, THAT is impressive and mostly why I told Michael Marciano of Marciano Enterprises that I would gladly write a review. Very Pleased, Professional In Every Way. I have had a home in the Rio Vista neighborhood for years and it has never looked so beautiful nor have I ever felt so pleased with this type of workmanship. Construction related trades are a frightening bunch in most peoples book, well I am here to say that Marciano Enterprises under the direction and supervision of the owner Michael Marciano has what it takes to start and finish with everything you expected and more. I was greeted with a smile from every worker every day. They were clean, driven, professional and seemed to never stop working from early in the morning till the early evening.

I went from a beaten down home to a fully renovated interior and exterior as well as a waterproofed roof with their rubberized coating system that sealed every crack and joint and now shines beautifully. The interior was my biggest concern as far as my family and the mess I thought was coming but I was totally surprised when within 4 long days all was clean and beautiful. I would recommend Marciano Enterprises to anybody and I do to all my friends and family, Thank You Michael & your amazing staff !!

Excellent Service. I have two rental properties in Pompano that needed painting, stucco repair, and one with a roof leak. Mr. Marciano came out and gave me an estimate promptly. That in itself was nice. The estimate was reasonable and I hired Marciano Enterprises to do the first with a contingency on the second. I have to tell you I was convinced I was going to have to put a new tile roof on the house. With all the rain we have had in the past week, it has been so wonderful not to have had a call from an irate customer. The men came in and really sealed that roof. The painting and stucco repair are perfect and now I have to very happy tenants and peace of mind for myself. Thank you for two wonderful jobs and I will tell everyone I can about your excellent service.

Painting and Restoration. Marciano Enterprises just completed painting the exterior of my home and doing some interior Venetian Plastering and painting. I came home from work yesterday to find a different house......I was soooooo happy with how it all turned out. The painters were courteous and CLEAN....The suggestions made by Mr. Marciano truly enhanced my home and exceeded my expectations. I keep running my hands over the Venetian Plaster......it is just so beautiful and as smooth as glass. Thank you, Michael and crew! I wish I had another house to do!
