Cool, Clean, Cosy, Comfortable, Charming Villa Hotel Out of the Ordinary...I love this Place...

it's my 3rd times at Villa Sinclair & every time, this Place is getting better & better...if you come to Hollywood Beach, Villa Sinclair is your Best Bet...less than 1/2 the price of The Westin Diplomat, steps from the Beach & the Boardwalk with Plenty of Restaurants within walk in distance... this Charming Villa offers the Best Amenities for a long winter stay..as I stayed always 3 or 4 weeks, my first priority is to find a Place with Full Equipped Functional kitchen, & Villa Sinclair has it all, with Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, full Fridge, kitchen island, Mini Bar, Glassware, dinnerware, pots & pans...& all the essentials to prepare Homemade meal away from Home & save on your Restaurants bills...

Second, This place is Centrally Located, less than 100 feet from the Beach & the Boardwalk & with more than 15 Resaurants & Bars within 2 or 3 blocks... Protected from the Wind, Villa Sinclair offers also, a large & very well set up Beach Lounge with everything to relax & enjoy an afternoon outdoor in the sun ready a book, without being blast by the sand on the Beach...It's a Must, because it could be windy for days...

third, all the Suites Amenities featured are really well thought to make you feel at home... Flat Screen TV-DVD with tons of DVDs movies to choose from & over 200 channels, CDs Radio & IPod/IPhone Docking station, Latest Magazines, books, & Fast Internet with data port or wifi & IPad Rental...a 50" Flat Screen TV with Netflix on the Cafe Lounge extend your living space with an awsome Outdoor Living room with even a full Outside Kichen with BBQ...

fourth, Cleaningness & service, & it's first class here... the Young Owner & his Thai Girlfriend are really making everything possible to take care of you always asking if they can help or if we need anything, like friends or family,...always on premises, our suite was refreshed in details daily with always a nice surprise, like the beach towels folded in swans shape, or my Cap & SunGlasses set on the Teddy on the Bed to make you smile... the property aging very well, is always clean in or out.. & it's a MUST...

I came with my wife, 3rd times already the past 3 years, & what impress me the most, is every time, this place is getting better, with new IPad Cafe, New Beach Cabanas, New Outside Bathroom, New Bikes, New Flat Screen TV-DVD in each suite, New IPod/IPhone Docking station, New Outside furniture South Beach Style & new Expresso Cafe & Excellent Cappuccino....like No where else, I have stayed, all the +++ added to make your stay unforgettable, like a wonderful set up for Valentine's Night on our Bed with Champagne, Valentine Card, fresh Strawberries, Whipped cream, Victoria's Secret Body Lotion, Box of chocolates & a wonderful Spa Basket was the cherry on the cake...

We already booked for next year, I love Hollywood Beach... it's Really a winter heaven & Villa Sinclair is a Jewel...

Love this Place, just spent a week for Valentine & our Hosts Hughes & Pat set up the Best Valentine Surprise in our Suite ever...

after a wonderful dinner at Sage Restaurant in Hollywood Downtown, we came back at the Villa to be greeted with a Glass of Champagne by the fire & when we went to our Suite, it was lighted with Candles, a bunch of Valentine's gifts on our bed & in our Kitchen's Fridge... A teddy Bear, a box of Chocolates, a Lotion Victoria's Secret, a Spa Basket, a basket of Strawberries with whipped cream, a Bottle of Champagne, some petals roses on the Bed, Exotic incents & a selection of romantic Movies DVDs or CDs were set up on the Dresser... my Wife thought I set it up with our Host, she was so happy & kisses me, before I told her it was part of our weekly stay at Villa Sinclair during Valentine...& that was the best surprise of our Stay & our Best Valentine Night ever... I will be back next year for sure....Thank you for our Hosts, they were very nice, always helpful & the place is simply awesome...

Real cool place to stay in Hollywood. 5th times I come back & I love this place.. Many new features have been added, like 32 Inches Toshiba Flat Screen TV-DVD combo, IPOD/IPHONE Stereo, New Paintings.. Outside they added 5 Beachside Cabanas, a Large Covered Bar-Full Kitchen for Party, events or simply Family reunion... Place is Very Clean, Comfortable & very well equipped.

the 2 Suites I prefer are Beach Studio Gauguin # 6 or Suite Monet #5, perfect for couples, other suites are bigger & for family...

also, the streets landscaping & beach access has been totally redone by the city, with palm trees, pavers, benchs, bikes rack, fountain & it's really beautiful... Hollywood Beach is really going up there... I love this place & Villa Sinclair really deserves all it's awards

Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Disappointing. We spent 5 weeks in Villa Sinclair in 2009. The location is great: 100 feet from the beach. But many items were very disappointing: the deco is just an accumulation of ugly bibelots, almost all of them being for sale! Don't take a suite on the ground floor if you don't like Cuban music: the owner loves it and the sound level is very very high. If you leave for a few days outside of Hollywood, don't tell the owner or he will take the opportunity not to change towels and sheets, with no benefit for you! The WiFi works fine in the bedroom but not in the living room, but you will be charged $15 per week anyway. The TV sets have "flat screens" but are not "flat TVs"! (don't mix up everything...). The supposedly free telephone did not work. No warm water was available in the washbowl and it took 2 weeks to fix it! The toaster was not working properly but the owner considered that as "not a big deal"!

And finally, don't trust the owner if he invites you for a glass of "his" Champagne: It's not Champagne! Just a bad Californian imitation.

The Secret Pineapple Place in Hollywood Beach. Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA is really the secret Pineapple place to discover & share with your other, just steps from the beach & Hollywood Broadwalk within walking distance from plently of restaurants on the Beach & on the bay. I spent a week there & it was very relaxing & our best Vacation in a long time...

Treat yourself with the Beach SPA & massage Session:

1 Hour Bicycle ride on the broadwalk,

A splash in the Ocean to Cool Off,

30 Minutes of Multi jet Shower on thr tropical Lounge outside,

30 Minutes Sauna,

45 Minutes Hot Tub

1 Hour full Body Thai couple Massage by Alexia & Sophie in the comfort of our suite with Chill out Music, candles & incents was the best afternoon ever... at 8:30 PM upon the advice of our Host, we wanted to see the sunset on the bay & we eat at the Terrace of Giorgio Grill, fabulous Lobster Paella & Mojitos, great place... After Dinner we walk back to the Villa on the beach, we had an Ice Cream at Eddy's & watch the Full moon set on the Ocean...a few cruise ships were fading away, we look at the stars, lay down in the sand...

Back to the Villa, another couple from Nantucket were having some Champagne by the fire place on the Private Tropical Lounge, they offered us a Glass, we end up all 4 in the back patio enjoying again the Sauna, & Hot tub for an Hour or 2.... at 1 am, we finally went to our suite, which had been totally refreshed aftger the Massage session & the dimmer lights & few candles set the mood for love..

My hubby gave me a final Massage with some Victoria Secret body Lotion available in the Suite & after we had a night I will remember for ever...

Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA just got rated 3.1/2 Emeralds SSHVW & 3 Diamonds AAA, they deserve even more... a lot of attention, details & wonderful service in this place for love & Romance....

it said that the French do it better: after experiencing Villa Sinclair beach Suites & SPA, I believe it...

We will be back to try another suite...

WOW! A great romantic getaway. I spent a weekend with my husband at Villa Sinclair and it was WOW! The Suite Monet #5 is absolutely gorgeous. Candles, chocolates, full bar, complimentary pineapple, a selection of romantic CD and the possibility to up grade for to a "Satine Night" with Satin bed sheet, champagne, whipped cream, strawberries, Massage hot tub.... & since there is only 6 suites, you feel that everything is made with details and personal attention... it was really the best Small hotel we ever went....
