Toxic Office Staff. I was a client of James Greco but I recently moved to another Allstate office. They are good at taking your money but do not want to do any customer service. He has an office manager named Virginia who is horrible; I had to get Allstate Corp to help me with my needs. You don’t need this office everything you need can be done with Allstate toll free number. I felt I had no support from Mr. Greco, I felt that Virginia has him wrapped around her finger and I was not important. Stay away from this office they are Toxic.
