This is the best spa I've ever been!!!!. Pros:

- Excellent work: the best pedicure I've ever had (I can't stop looking at my shocking pink toenails) and a body scrub that left my skin glowing like Jennifer Lopez

- Very very very special treatment. There was detail after detail of loving care

- The staff and the owner are so cool

- Champagne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

- That I can't go everyday!!!! :- (

BEST SPA IN HOLLYWOOD, FL. Comfort Zone was amazing. I got Microdermabrasion done by Kristina, and she treated me wonderfully. They never kept me waiting, they were very nice to me, and made me feel so welcome. I received 6 treatments of microdermabrasion done, and I am amazed with the results. I had bad acne scars with bad breakouts, and literally after 6 treatments, I looked and felt like a totally different person. I got my self confidence back because of her, and receiving the treatment was relaxing and comfortable. Everyone at the spa is wonderful, including the receptionist who always talked to me and made everything simple and easy! I recommend this spa to everyone, because they are wonderful and their treatments are amazing! If there was a scale 1 out of 10, I would give Comfort zone spa an 11

Absolutely fabulous!. My mom and I went to the spa and had a fabulous experience. From the minute you enter the door it's soothing! From the art to the services offered, it is an amazing place to get away from the world and relax! Everybody deserves to be treated! We had facials and massages! A few weeks after we went, we had family in town, and we surprised them with a girls day at the spa! They treat you like gold! It is an awesome gift for someone! Even men!! My mom took my stepdad for his first spa experience, and he can't wait to go back!! Overall, it is way past a 10 in my book!!

I was thinking how a spa retreat is a perfect gift for Valentine's Day! Guy or gal....everyone likes massages and facials! And if you are single (like me) treat yourself! I am! :-)

Mom Loved It!. I took my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift to Comfort Zone. They had a great deal for Massage, Facial & lunch which I knew she would like. I was not prepared HOW MUCH she would liked it - she came home raving about Gladys and Chris and all the staff who she said treated her like royalty. She loved the tea and cookies and all the personalized attention she received. The place is gorgeous and since it is a family owned business every customer matters. Run - don't walk to this little hidden gem!

Amazing Massage and Facial. I just got home from having a massage by Gladys and a facial by Chris and they were both amazing. I happened to stumble upon this day spa online and after reading tha amazing reviews I decided to give it a try. I am very picky about services such as these and I have to say the entire experience was wonderful. I felt completely at ease with both women who maded sure that my comfort was their top priority. The room where the massage and facial were performed was so warm, dark and relaxing I could have stayed all night. The customer service in general was great. The owner, Luz, made sure to speak with me before I left to make sure I had a good experience and answer any questions that I might have. The whole treatment felt very personalized and comfortable. I am already planning to take my sister there for a facial and my mom and other family members will probably be there soon as well. I am definately planning on going back soon. I highly recommend that you try this place out if you are thinking about visiting a day spa.

Best Gift I Ever Gave My Wife (she says). Best Gift I Ever Gave My Wife-she says! I have given her spa days at other (more well-known) places and she did enjoy her time, but according to her the service was so warm and personal at Comfort Zone she really felt COMFORTABLE, relaxed and extremely well cared for. Noone is rushing you and ALL the clients are happy! The massage by Gladys was unlike any she ever had , as was her facial and other treatments.

She says the staff really love their work and where they work - the owner is a meticulous hostess and you can tell the staff is HAPPY to be there.

We already bought several gift certificates for Holiday Gifts, and we plan to have a "Romantic Couple's Evening" for Valentines Day.

This is definetly THE SPA to go to!!!

I want to live there!!!!. My friends and I decided we needed a girl's day out at the spa after having the kids home all summer so one of the girls suggested the Comfort Zone since she had been a client there since 2004. Wow! It was so much more than we expected, the place is the epitomy of comfort and warmth, the staff was so caring and professional and the treatments were out of this world. Without a doubt the BEST Massage and Facial I have ever had - and I have traveled all over the world. I can only say that both the staff and owner take great care in making your time there as pleasent and comforting as possible. They work hard to maintain and grow their cleintele, and that is why their clentele is so loyal to them. RUN don't walk to the Comfort Zone!

Surprisingly Delightful. From the moment we entered, Comfort Zone enveloped us in a cloud of warmth and hospitality - very surprising In this day and age of "get them in and get them out" In fact when we called for directions we were told to put extra time on our meters since we would not be rushed. Eventhough we arrived early they courteously escorted us to the changing area sat us down in lovely robes to enjoy warm footbath with essential oils and dried flowers as we sipped on hot teas and cookies. We could have left right there and been happy - but that was just the beginning. We had exceptional services - my massage was done by Gladys who seem to have come down from heaven! Our facials were UNBELIEVABLE! Our champagne setup aferwareds was a gourmet feast. I highly recommend this charming little place and we will surely be back..

Excellent service -accommodating Hours. In defense of our lovely Spa the information on lsmith2222 posting was not quite complete. The couple did attempt to make an appointment with very short notice and the times we were available they had previous plans. On their appointment date there was a problem with the massage therapist not arriving on time since her car broke down - which is out of our control. We did our best to replace the therapist but unfortunately with such short notice it was not possible. We did however understand that this was the beginning of a special weekend for the couple and we offered a Comfort Facial to replace the massage (which would take place in the couple's suite) to allow them to proceed with their treatments AND free Massages in the future for the inconvenience. This was a value of $150.00 for a package that cost only $210.00. They were treated, as are all our guest with the utmost respect and kindness. This is the Comfort Zone - almost everyone who comes in is "Stressful" and given the opportunity, de-stressing is our forte! We did our best to accommodate them under the circumstances and certainly hope they return so that we can offer them the exceptional service we are known for.

Bad service and inconvenient hours. I wanted to surprise a couple with a gift certificate for a romantic massage. This was supposed to be their wedding gift. When my friend called to make her appointment they didn't have anything in the evening, except for thursdays... this is very inconvenient since you usually plan a romantic evening/dinner, etc on the weekend. Too bad I didn't ask before purchasing the certificate. She finally gets the appointment for saturday at 3pm. The couple had planned a romantic evening, reserved a hotel room etc. They arrive there and get ready for their couple's massage with robes on and all. The owner comes in and tells them that one of her therapists could not make it and offered a facial instead. This is very bad since their expectations were to get a body massage, not a facial... they were not interested of course. It was very dissappointing that they didn't have another therapist on call. I called the owner asking her for a refund, so I could treat the couple for a romantic dinner instead... since they had the hotel reserved and the plans were made for that day. The owner refused to give me a refund and said that my friend seemed to have had a 'stressfull week', assuming this because she didn't accept the facial and was upset at the change of plans/package, etc. Anyways, I could already see her attitude towards the situation. I didn't argue on it but did make it clear to her that the couple was not happy with the service and are still forced to go back to the spa just so they won't loose the certificate. I think she could have made an exception and given me a refund so the couple could enjoy a dinner somewhere else instead.
