Excellent Food and service. My husband celebrated my 30th birthday there. They created a special menu with wine pairings just for me and my guests. They where able to sit 30 of us together. What an amazing experience. The food was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to be back!

Freshest Fish on the Florida Coast. I usually avoid hotel restaurants...but on the recommendation of a friend we tried 3030 at the Marriot. My group loved the variety of salads and dressing..everthing fresh and well matched. I'm not sure why one would come to Florida to order Maine lobster (on the menu) but the Florida snapper and swordfish tasted as if they'd been caught less than an hour before landing on our plates. The fish entrees (including the Mahi Mahi) were moist and served with delicious sauces that did not over power the dishes. The desserts were a little sweet for my taste BUT the banana creme brulee deserves a nod and a taste.

The ocean's colors and current are brought to life in the dining room--light wood floors, flickering lights, uniformed wait staff swimming in schools. Seafood, no surprise, is the standout here. Start with spicy tuna tartare or the grilled summer octopus. Entrees range from snapper to swordfish and local tastes like the grilled Florida pompano, a whole fish on a salad of wild arugula, Costa Rican hearts of palm, pickled red onions, avocado and passionfruit vinaigrette.
