I thought it was good.
I think Smokey Bones is a great place to go with friends and have a good meal. The servers are always friendly and the food is on target. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone!

Mountain-lodge decor and slow-cooked meats draw barbecue lovers and sports fans to this woodsy chain restaurant..
In Short
Rustic accents like logs, lanterns and fieldstone may adorn the exterior, but inside, it's all about ceiling-mounted TVs for fans who want sports with their spicy food. A large bar with a giant television dominates, while flanking wooden booths come with audio selectors and easy views of nearby screens. Sundry meats are cooked in-house over hickory wood: pulled pork (hand-pulled daily), baby back ribs, barbecued chicken, smoked beef brisket and various combination platters.

JeffEats: This bbq is nasty! Stay Away.
Smokey Bones' stuff is absolutely horrible. JeffEats says stay away. How this place stays in business, is anyone's guess?

Nothing good.
The worst BBQ I have ever had and very pricy. I ordered baby back ribs for take out, and they were so dry and tasteless I threw them away after eating only one. Not the place for BBQ, or ambiance.

Good Kansas City style bbq joint, with a sports bar type setting. Good ribs and pulled pork. Try the cornbread skillet appetizer and the bag of donuts for dessert. A bit loud though, not great for deep conversation, due to the televisions around the room. I've tried other rib places around town, but I like this one the most.
