Unprofessional; Letter dated 12.day of month with appointment for 16.day of month, goes to mail regarding stamp 21. day of month! So,… you missed your appointment.

Great Firm!. This Law firm is very professional. The Attorneys and staff are very knowlegable, hard workers and take pride in their work. They know their stuff and push cases along as quickly as they can. Even though there are some speedbumps, it ususally is the courts that cause all of the problems. The work is accurate all of the time. I strongly recommend Straley & Otto, P.A.

bad. we dropped charles otto from the case he was hadleing in the middle of the case.

drags the case on as long as possible

sloppy work

half his court documents dated wrong date

missed most court deadlines for documents to be submitted

charges for services not accomplished

do not recommend Charles Otto

arrogant and a slow mover -lax. very unprofessional and open themselves for trouble. slow movers and arrogant--don't do it. they do not care and need to be repremanded
