No Honor or honesty in their advertiseing Can u Trust them?. Hello tried to order from the park road store today and it seems they do NOT honor the coupons available on the web I cannot find anyhere that the coupons are only for a particular store, So what should have cost $13.99 is about 5.00 more. Does anyone in this company know what deceptive advertiseing is.

I find that this is NOT something new and the person taking the order say this is how it has been! So sad I really did like your Pizza but your sense of honor is somewhat tainted

Good food!. The pizza and garlic rolls were very good. The service was mediocre. I still recommend it.

Awesome. The best food! and great locations! They are really nice in there and if you keep going they remember who you are. The food is awesome, the pizza is great! Very good prices and huge portions, plus salad and garlic rolls. even with take out and delivery. and they are very good with delivery.

The Most Horrible Pizza Place in Florida!. Hollywood location, Big Louis Pizzeria;

Tonight, we went to this pizzeria, and the service, and staff attitude was horrible. It was a horrible experience. After we recieved our food, the first waiter, slapped his hands at his side, and stormed off (for some odd reason). The second waiter, who actually gave little service, did not bring us silverware for fifteen minutes after our food arrived. The food is not REAL Italian either! Florida people do not know real italian, like new york people do. The sauce is canned sauce, and the dough is brought in from a factory. Real italian food is cooked many days using fresh squeezed tomatoes, which is slowly stewed with fresh garlic and spices, for may hours. The dough is raised the night before, and spread out the day of making pizza. The dough at this restaurant is like card board with slop splatted on top of it. Then they put a scanty bit of cheese on top. The edges of the dough are not completely covered, the pie is mostly in the middle. This indicates to me that the restaurant doesnt care about its customers, because they want to skimp on the foods in order to save money.

HORRIBLE attitude, and service, and taste of foods! Everything is horrible about this place. The manager screams at her customers, and has real strict rules. The rules only apply to helping the restaurant financially, and does not contribute to the customers (service). The staff is allowed to treat customers in any way they want, and if you have any complaints the woman owner will not back you up, she will side with her staff, and scream and become ignorant and ugly with you instead. She doesnt care, and is stupid due this reason!
