I got married at this restaurant and I must say that my marriage could not choose a better place. They made one of the most special days of my life not only be special, also made ??it perfect. It has always been a great experience for me to go to this place not only by how good the food is, so also are their salads fresh and very good care they provide. The knife restorant is definitely an excellent place not to miss

extremely disappointed with the manager and WAITRESS VALE. we are extremely dissapointed with the poor service our waitress VALE charge for my 9 years old daughter like an adult $29.65 "without the wine of course "even though she saw my daughter eating bread and fries we ask to talk to the manager because we have been IN the knife sawgrass location restaurant like 100 times and this never happened there,( the manager refused to talk to us) if she is going to be a manager she should learn how to handle customers, so we paid our check with tip of course because our problem wasn't the money by the poor service and unfair treatment, I will never ever go back to this restaurant again because THEY CHARGE KIDS BY HEIGHT SO IF FOR ANY CHANCE YOU HAVE A GOOD HEIGHT 7 YEARS OLD KID REMEMBER TO DRINK YOUR THIRD WINE cause your going to pay for it . btw your not going to be impress with the menu.cheap low quality wine.

Food ok service scary.... For the price, Knife is a good deal. The quality of the meat was not great. Most of it was very fatty. I thought had a nice selection and the over all food experience was not bad. However, the service was horrible. I am actually very understanding due to the fact that I am in the business my self, but there was no excuse for the service we experienced. The server was straight up apathetic. We asked for bottled water we got tap. We ordered mashed potatoes(which is an extra charge by the way) they never came. We got bread from the busser. When we went to get our steaks we had to go get our own sauces from the server. We got a bottle of wine with no glasses. Best of all...I ordered a Sambuca from the bar and was told there was no bartender. Ha! There were two bartenders. I wet to the bar and got it myself and asked him to add it to my check. After that I ordered another(this time from the server) and mysteriously a bartender must have showed up! I have never met a waiter that could care less about service than this guy. I don't actually know how he has a job. Good luck guys! Go eat, but make sure your servers name is not Adrian.

Is it really a good value?. For 25 bucks you get an All You Can Eat Meal including dessert. You go pick up the meat you want and can order it to your taste. There is also a bar where you can pick up vegetables, salads, and potatoes. My table of 3 were poor eaters and I don't think we eat our value, we were full fast. While I tried to get my money's worth I was force-feeding myself and wondering if others were doing the same. The meat is excellent...I nibbled on some sausage, chicken, and steak. All the vegetables at the bar were cold...not exactly what I had in mind, I don't like to eat cold peas and carrots. The Russian Salad that they served had mayonnaise that was ranci d and we had to ask the waitress to remove it so no one got sick. The desserts on the menu looked mediocre to me...a caramel roll, flan, chocolate mousse, cheese and fruit. I ordered the ice cream (it was gelato actually) and it was suprisingly good. However my companions ordered the caramel roll and flan and were not pleased with it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you can really pack in your food and don't mind the mediocre quality of the food.

Be picky. You get a lot for 25 bucks. Buffet, salad bar, desert, wine, coffee....However, the quality of the meat is questionable. You have to wait in line for the meat, and when you make it to the meat station, its a mad scramble. Be picky with your cuts and you'll enjoy your meal. If not, its the luck of the draw. Good or bad, you'll certainly leave full.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Restaurant serves authentic Argentinean cuisine including grill-cooked meats and offers an extensive beer and wine list.

Dont eat the meat.. This is the worse quality of steak in the whole of Miami. For this to be put on a list is destroys the credibility of any list, although Capital Grill is certainly a contender for best steakhouse,The knife is not recommended for anything but a cheap meal and huge quantities, and could be the winner of that category. If any readers want to hear the truth about food quality and price see the reviews of gagit, where the truth is told.

Grilled Buffet style steak house.. Great atmosphere, good food, service needs some training. Since the meat is cooked in such quantity no care is taken to trim or season the meats, this is not cheap food either. And dont get fooled into ordering soda when a whole bottle of wine is included with your meal. I would have ordered differently if the drink options were properly explained. With this knowledge I would definitely go back again.
