Terrible Service. I would do most of my orders as pick up, so I got to see most of the workers there. And don't get me wrong, the pizza is actually very good (if not extremely greasy-- which I tend to like) and the service was just so-so. But the last time I went-- which was in April-- was right after the VA Tech killings. I am Asian American and the worker, an older woman, COMPLETELY insulted me by "joking" that I looked like the killer. "Be careful out there, you look like that VA Tech guy!" she said. Since then I have refused business there and have referred people away from them.

Stay Away!. I have never been treated so poorly in my life!! Monday night is pizza night at our house. We were new to the neighborhood so we had been trying out different places. I looked in the local clipper magazine and saw an ad for Steve's pizza so we decided to try them. We ordered over the phone and paid with our debit card. After waiting over 90 minutes we get a call from the driver asking where we live (he was one street away - less than 2 minutes). We told him what street we were on and he said he could not deliver to us. By this time it was 7:30 PM. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was very nice, but she was new and could not really help. I asked to speech to the manager which I know now was a big mistake. Mike, the 'manager', gets on the phone and won?t even let me speak. I tried to explain to him that my family had been waiting 90 minutes for this food and if we order from another place now it will be to late for the kids to eat. He went on to yelled "I'M SORRY THAT YOU ARE SO RUDE! YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES, COME PICK IT UP YOURSELF OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I HAVE TO GO MAKE PIZZA" I had never been yelled at by anyone like that I responded with "Please refund my money" and I hung up the phone. We will see if they are capable of doing that at least. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Stay away they are so rude!

A PLuS. Not too expensive & The Pizza is AWESOME, I love this pizza place...One of my fav.'s !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
