Bad service. Today I went to this Panera and the service from the cashier was realy dissapointing, she was rude and rushed me up, also took my order wrong...The restaurant was empty and no one else was in line, but then I realize that she was hurried to talk with a girlfriend who was waiting for her... I wanted to make a complain with the manager but he was part of the party and looks like the employees doen't respect him at all. At least I have the name of the rude cashier written in my receip (Brianna) to make public my complain. PD: I couldn't find in the Panera's web page where to write a complain o review.... Maybe they don't care.

Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.

Dining in Hell. I have consistently received horrible service here. If I order takeout from them, I -- without a doubt -- will wind up with an item from my order missing. The food is terrible; they have served me frozen lettuce in my salad and cold soup. After I complained about the frozen lettuce, the manager chose to inform me "her lettuce [was] not frozen." All of their salad dressings are gag-inducing and their produce limp and bland. It seems like this Panera aspires to be low-grade in all areas: in the people it employs and the food it serves.

Fantastic Bread, great Sandwich combinations, awesome French Onion Soup in a bread bowl, good variety1. I have eaten here many time and every tim I try to have something different....and they never disappointment me! The food they serve is a treat for the palate! I have not had such great food in a "fast service" restaurant since I used to travel to San Francisco in the 1980's. Is somebody going there now, if so pick me up something please? I dare you to fing me something I don't like!!!
