In Short – Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Dining in Hell

I have consistently received horrible service here. If I order takeout from them, I -- without a doubt -- will wind up with an item from my order missing. The food is terrible; they have served me frozen lettuce in my salad and cold soup. After I complained about the frozen lettuce, the manager chose to inform me "her lettuce [was] not frozen." All of their salad dressings are gag-inducing and their produce limp and bland. It seems like this Panera aspires to be low-grade in all areas: in the people it employs and the food it serves.

I have eaten here many time and every tim I try to have something different....and they never disappointment me! The food they serve is a treat for the palate! I have not had such great food in a "fast service" restaurant since I used to travel to San Francisco in the 1980's. Is somebody going there now, if so pick me up something please? I dare you to fing me something I don't like!!!
