Quiet and relaxing....
I saw Francesca for semi-permanent lash extensions and it was my first time at the spa. The room she worked in was quiet, the massage table comfy, and she was polite and professional.
She educated me on lash extensions as well as what the spa provided and she had pretty good knowledge of the other services as well as the service providers.
She was very friendly and incredibly patient. She has a steady hand and she can apply lashes without using the magnifying glass!
I was very pleased with her service and her demeanor. She even gave me advice on what I could do for hyper-pigmentation and suggested products that would work on African-American skin. I told her I would buy the products and she remembered that if I posted a review, I could get a discount. Well when I got my iPhone out to do just that, I realized it died! She still gave me the discount.
I am definitely going to see her regularly for my lash extension touch ups and I will also try a facial.
Francesca does a full set of lashes for $260 and I believe touch-ups are half that much which is actually a lot better than some of the other rates I've seen. She also does brows and full make-up applications using mineral products.
This spa also does Acupuncture, Massages (even for babies) and they even sell handmade bags, jewelry, and baby mats. They even sell aromatherapy oils and diffusers.
I felt very relaxed and comfortable here and I believe anyone who walks through their doors for any of their services will too.
Wonderful therapeutic services. I've had massage, facials and pedicures at this facility. Owners and staff are very professional and responsive to your individual needs, the place is clean and there's fun products in their lobby which I find entertaining and helpful. Certainly a place to go for more of a medical treatment (i.e., lymphatic massage) vs. glitz and show at what some would say are 'trendy spas'.
