Sublime is Subpar - worst vegetarian food... I could not wait to go to Sublime and had the wort service and food ever. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area most of my life and was so happy when I found this vegan restaurant after my move to South Florida.

All of our food was horrible, I will give you this example, I had the vegan steak with ancho chile and orange, it tasted like a piece of rubber with a fake smoke flavor, NO ANCHO Chile or ORANGE at all, just the fake smoke taste. I told the waiter and one of the owners and guess what? They did not do a thing.

They only had about two organic wines, what a joke and the two whites we had was delivered to our table warm.

Just be very carefull, this kind of food should be great and Sublime makes it just bad.

Totally Sublime. I have been to this restaurant numerous times. My sister and brother in law are both Vegan, I and my husband are not. Everytime they come for a visit this is a "must do". The first time we took them to this restaurant my sister almost cried she was so happy to know and be able to order an entire meal no substitutions from their varied menu. The place itself is something to see, food excellent, service outstanding! I highly recomend to anyone looking for a new wonderful place to eat. Must haves - sublime picatta, veggie sushi, fried cauliflower w/sweet and sour sauce and for dessert the Valrona Brownie. Oh don't forget a full service bar with all organic liquor and wine have the Mojito!

such attention to detail. I was blown away. I thought I might see a bunch of overgrown hippies chowing down. No, it was superb. There are two beautiful window waterfalls that are the most charming and peaceful additions to this well thought out restaurant. Whole Foods is directly across the street so I wondered if alot of recipes come from there. I ordered the vegetable sushi. I never had anything like this. Black rice (which looked purple to me) Big portions too. Dont forget to try their homemade ice cream. I got the chocolate ginger. Wow. My guest ordered the Coconut cake. Wow again. With shaved fresh coconut on top. I could go on. I will wait till I go again. Oh dont forget the shopping area down the hall. Awesome......

SublimeSuperb. Every thing anyone could ever want/need in a healthful/vegan/organic and peaceful environment. The food is outstanding. After dining here, there is no place at all in South Florida or elsewhere that I know of that is even somewhat comparable to the high quality, stellar service, food diversity, and their Whole Emporium. Someone who has missed this restaurant has truly missed an enriching dining environment and experience. Can't wait to go back!

Vegan All The Way!. We enjoyed our TOTAL vegan experience. But if you are bringing friends be sure that they know that there is vegan and only vegan food sold here. Not only was the food tasty but the atmosphere was extremely comfortable and very Cali-like. The best part of the entire experience was the coconut cake that was the best desert I have ever had!!! If you go, order it I promise you will not be sorry.
