Always great service and selection! I’ve been a happy customer for years, but this time Mark and the staff went above and beyond! I visited the store twice and thought I found the perfect engagement ring. Then, at the last minute, my father gave me his mother’s ring. It was not exactly today’s style. I decided to design my ring and incorporate some of my grandmother’s stones. I don’t know how they did it in such little time but they did…right before Valentine’s Day! We’ll be in soon to look at wedding bands. Thank you Matthews!

Thank you Matthews! You and my hubby made Valentine's Day amazing. Thursday night my husband came home with a beautiful necklace and pendant that had our childrens' names and birthstones on it! He and the boys helped design it. I love, love, love it!

I found Matthews strictly by mistake, and I am glad I did. I was next door at the car wash, saw that there was a jewelry store there, and walked in. I was greeted immediately, and started looking around. There were a few pieces that caught my attention and I inquired about one of them. I was not given the "hard-sell" you get at allot of other stores. I purchased one for my wife, and she loves it!!! I brought in some repairs and I was told it would be about 7 to 10 working days, and they had them finished in 8 days. Just as promised!! They never looked this good. I had brought one of them to another store, and they said it couldn't be repaired. At Matthews, they really know their stuff and can fix anything. I would highly recommend them!!!

This place is horrible! I spent a lot of money there and was treated like they had no time for me and did not care at all. After purchasing jewlery from them I brought a few pieces for them to repair as a gift, they guaranteed me it would be ready on time and was 11 days late! When they did not bother to call me back about it not being ready, I came to pick it up finally they barely even apologized, and when they did they said it with a nasty attitude! The women Sue really had a lot of nerve looking at me like she was annoyed I was even there, and Blamed not getting a returned call on someone else there named Susie. After all this nasty attitude and being treated extremely rude they still charged full price and I gave a birthday gift 11 days late. DO NOT GO HERE.

So Helpful!. So I recently got engaged and needed to have my ring re-sized. I went into Matthew's on a whim...I pass them every day on the way to work. They were so helpful and sweet. They made me feel so welcomed..they even took me ona tour of the back area where they make the jewelry while I waited for my ring. Well I needed to have the ring appraised for insurance purposes. I brought it in and they had it done within 3 days. I will be going to them for my wedding bands and I have found my jeweler!

She said yes!. At a friend’s recommendation, I went to Matthew’s to buy my girlfriend’s engagement ring. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. Mark, the owner, helped me create what I was looking for. My girlfriend was speechless. She could barely get out “yes”!

Beautiful Store, Beautiful Service. I am always impressed with the courteous service extended to me. I love the friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff that give excellent service. ..it just seems to come naturally to every staff person there. This type of service is not available in our local malls! I was also given a tour of the factory by Roger and was amazed at the expanse of the facility and all the capabilities they have in creating a piece of jewelry.

I have never seen a jewelry store like this and would recommend that everyone who needs anything from simple jewelry repairs to custom work should experience this store.

Just the best!. I’ve gone to Matthew’s for years. I love going to their store, just to look sometimes and window-shop and add to my “wish list”. On my birthday or anniversary, my husband stops by and picks out something for me from the list. Love Matthew’s Jewelers!
