A great place to go. I went in and Martino did an amazing job fixing my hair. I had people starring and constantly complementing my hair. I try and go in as often as possible. I even got a facial and wax it was honestly great. I buy their is's a 10 leave in conditoner too. It has my hair healthy and looking great even though I've dyed it a million times. Please come here. Martino is amazing and the girls are all sweethearts.

Lie about prices!!!!! Not an upscale salon at all.. I was charged for a hair shampoo and conditioning mask that only stayed on my hair for 4 min and ended up costing me $40 ( I was not told I was getting charged and the price is supposed to be $20 but they charged me double because my hair is long) I was charged $165 for just highlites ( it was supposed to cost $120 but of course since my hair is long they charged me an additonal $45) My blow dry was supposed to cost me $35 but they charged me $55 cause my hair was long. It ended up costing me $270 and I only got highlites and a blow dry. My hair is naturally straight and 5 inches below my shoulders. Plus they were only doing my roots. When I called and spoke to the owner and explained that there must be some mistake and I was over charged she told me she would call me back. Of course she didn't. So I called back. She explained that they didnt want to tell me that they were charging me for this ridiculous 4 minute conditioner and all of the other upsale prices because " we know you go to upscale salons so we didn't think we needed to tell you that we were charging for things or charging you more" Are you kidding me? This is far from upscale its in a tjmax shopping strip they have 4 hair stylist that never have anyone in their chair. Do not go to this salon do not support people that do these kind of things to there customers. If they see you walk in with a Louis vuitton on your arm they know you are a target. Plus you can only pay tips in cash! So you have to make an extra trip to the ATM if you don't carry the cash on you.

Try somewhere else for hair not here.

A fabulous experience!!. Allure is a fabulous salon with excellent customer service! The decor and salon offerings are delicious! Upon entering you are greeted by name and treated like an old friend. Most of the bigger salons in the area are uptight and cold, allure exudes warmth! The staff and prices are terrific!

Lies and Poor Customer Service!. My wife surprised me with a gift of a message. I have been searching for a good place in South Florida and I drove 24 miles to get to the Allure Day Spa in Davie. I told the gentleman behind the counter I was here for a message. He was surprised because the masseuse was not at the Spa. So he called the masseuse and she wasn’t informed she had an appointment, plus being a Sunday she only works until Noon. So she wouldn’t have enough time to get from her house to Allure Day Spa and be off by Noon. So the person behind the counter called his boss and told her the situation. Now being 10 minutes past my appointment, I asked the guy what is going on. He lied to me and said masseuse was having car troubles and would be unable to make it in. He asked if he could reschedule my appointment, I told him I just drove 24 miles. All he could tell me is sorry. So if you are thinking about visiting the Allure Day Spa in Davie just keep in mind.

1. There customer service is the worst I have ever seen at a Day Spa.

2. They outsource their massage person, which in turn, reflects on the poor quality of service I received.

3. They lie to you. If the masseuse was really having car problems. I would have received a call from them telling me the masseuse couldn’t make it in because of car issues.

4. If they really valued their customers business, shouldn’t have I been offered some sort of discount the next time I were to get a massage there?

Great Spa. Great Ownership, service is great! Waxing is quick thus painless (kinda...) This place makes you feel like family...

Feel Good. Come on in and feel good! The service is above average. If you need some pampering, this is the place! My facial was divine-I left with what felt like new, satiny skin. No pressure, just total relaxation.

The bigger spas could learn something-stop rushing the client & let us relax! You'll do just that here.

FOUR STARS. If you want total relaxation and attention to detail...this is the place for you. Soothing decor and unbelievable customer service! Treat yourself! Prices are great and in a great location!
