They can fix that....

I was in a complete pinch. Flower girl dress arrived late, it's to big, new in town, wedding in 4 days...you can feel the panic.
I remember seeing this "shoe repair" shop while out for dinner. They had these gorgeous glamor Barbie doll style/size dresses in the window and the scene just stuck in my head. So, in a pinch I remember the handmade doll dresses and called to see if the Shoe Repair shop could alter my Flower girl dress for me. THEY COULD! And they we're open late AND they could have it ready in 2 days!! The price was below $20 bucks, reasonable and everything was as expected. So, happy that I'm calling today to see if they can make some custom doll clothes for a Signature Disney doll that my 3 year old just got for X-mas. If Disney doesn't make it, Sonia will!
time to find a new place...

I used to go there over 3 years ago, but they were kind of shady (not doing the job right or giving one price, then raising it, job not finished when promised, etc.), so I don't go there anymore... If it was a new owner, I would consider it, but it's still the same name and i called to check and was told same owners for several years. (I was going to the one int the Broward Mall, but sadly, they are out of business now) oh, well, time to try a new place -- either the one near Publix on Pine Island & SR 84 OR the one newar McDonald's on University & Peters... I will review whichever one i go to...
- Pros: location
- Cons: shady
