avoid it !. LAZY SERICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE OWNER KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING BUT HALF OF THE STAFF DOESNT. SHE HAS MASSAGE GOING ON WHILE CLASSES ARE ARE IN SESSION. SOMETIMES KARATE CLASSES ARE NEXT STORE. WHO EVEN KNOWS IF THE PERSON IS LICENCED? NOTHING IS POSTED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THE STATE SHOULD HAVE THIS REPORTED.…

Great Rehabilitation for injuries. ProPilates did something for me that no-one else could. I have a frozen shoulder and i went through 6 weeks of rehab with my doctor, this didnt help me at all. I went to propilates and they tailored my workout to ensure i wouldnt cause further injury. They have something called the powerplate, its a vibrating machine. They used this to help the movement and rotation of my arm, it relaxed my muscles and i have so much more rotation. It has taken about 4-6 weeks but its so much better. I love them, they are so friendly and knowledgable.GO THERE THEY ARE BRILLIANT…
