When Benihana first started, the food was healthy and flavorful and not oily, now the food is loaded with butter and greasy, it's just a joke now. I have to include RA Sushi in Pembroke Pines their other restaurant, that one is not listed on Citysearch and I have to say I got heartburn. The vegetable tempura, lobster springs rolls and the sesame seed wings tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The calamari roll was the only thing that was decent.
