Discurtious. On My first visit to the El Dorado Pembroke Pines store, a gentleman attended to me. He did not rush me nor pressure me. I went back with my daughter to see the set I liked. There was a lady who assumed I was going to buy the set and started the paperwork without my OK. I was only there to let my daughter give me her opinion. I thought that was very discurtious of her. Didn't even like her attitude.
One of (if not) the Worst Furniture Stores in the Area. In September, I paid in full for merchandise that was supposed to be delivered in mid-Oct. The furniture finally got delivered yesterday (Dec 9. (One of the pieces looks somewhat different than what I recall. Until I can get out to the store to see the floor model again, that, however, is another issue.) What is the issue now, is that at no time during the three months I was waiting for the furniture did the store representative and/or manager of the store proactively call me to advise me of further delays. Rather I had to call into the store myself - at least three different times requesting that someone update me about the status of my delivery. I finally only got the furniture when I did because I called to ask about it. Over the course of my many converstions, neither the manager or the sales woman I dealt with seemed very "sympathetic" to my plight & the manager refused to provide any kind of credit adjustment despite the fact that El Dorado had my money - and I had no furniture - for a two-month period which was not part of my original contract with them. I have written the El Dorado website about my inconvenience and frustration - but have not yet received a reply.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNCARING MANAGERS AND BAD PRODUCT.. I BOUGHT A BEDROOM SET, THE SET WAS TOTALLY UNSYMMETRICAL AND VERY BAD PRODUCT SO I WANTED TO EXCHANGE IT TO A BETTER ONE. THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME, NOT EVEN WITH MONEY. I WROTE A LETTER TO MR. LUIS CAPO AND HE MADE TO HIS TEENAGER ASSISTANT TO CALLED ME. SHE INFORMED ME THAT EL DORADO FAMOUS POLICY IS NOT REFUNDABLE. I WANTED TO UPGRATED TO ANOTHER SET, I WAS WILLING TO PAY MORE EVEN THE DELIVERY. HE DIDN'T CARE! I WENT TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER FROM PEMBROKE PINE AND A VERY COLD SPANISH LADY WITHOUT CARING FOR CUSTOMERS, TREAT ME HORRIBLE. I AM SO PROUD OF BEING SPANISH BUT EL DORADO FURNITURE FROM PEMBROKE PINES MAKES ME SICK BEING SPANISH. DONT EVER GO TO THAT STORE, PLEASE GO TO CITY FURNITURE THEY ARE THE BEST. EL DORADO NOT EVEN WITH MONEY CARE ABOUT YOU. ONE THE BUY IS DONE, THEY TREAT LIKE A PIECE OF FURNITURE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD LIVING IN THIS COUNTRY. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR EVER LIKE i DID.
Very Poor Communication and Absence of Service. Very poor communication on delivery, very poor (lack of) follow up. Attempted delivery three times, poor communication twice and damaged product the other occasion. Asked repeatedly to speak to management and NOBODY EVER CARED ENOUGH TO PICK UP THE PHONE. Rep claimed on a damaged piece he would replace and never a follow up on that either. Good product but cross your fingers nothing goes wrong!!
