More than 30 varieties of the signature dessert make up only a part of this chain restaurant's gigantic international menu.. In Short
Oddball architecture--curving surfaces and colorful light fixtures--and thick-as-a-book menus distinguish this restaurant from other eateries. The encyclopedic menu spans the globe with enormous American interpretations of dishes like pad thai, shrimp tacos, miso salmon, pasta Milanese and a slate of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts too extensive to list. The namesake cheesecakes, ranging from original to peanut-butter-cup-fudge ripple, are over the top in both concept and decadence.

Crappy Service. During the vacation, I tried here. The reason was, I saw a lot of people waiting outside of the one in Sawgrass Mills Mall. I thought these are good chain restaurants.

There was no line or waiting time, so I just gave it a try.

I don't know why but my server was not in a good mood.

Maybe because I just ordered dessert and drink, but hey, this is "Cheesecake Factory" and it was "not busy" afternoon time. There are much nicer cafe/restaurant around there. I should have not chosen this one. Nothing special for dessert and drink either.

Umm..... riiiiighht...... I've been a frequent customer of CF and I hate to say I cant go back. On one visit, I was going to surprize my boyfriend and have then sing happy bday to him and he seriously didnt know.. lol. the waitress goes to me and days "oh i got your message" and gave it alllll away. The next few visits, the managers were extremely nice but the staff i wish was the same.. they think oh I got young adults so ill get a bad tip so i wont be a good server type (im a server, i know) and it ticked me off a little. the final visit was the one that took me to the hospital. I lost 15lbs in one night hugging the toliet and my dad carried me into the hospital. 6 hours later after IV's and medicine pumped into me i was a little better. If i were you I wouldnt get the "buffalo blasters" with blue cheese. My boyfriend and I got the same thing that night and the only thing that was different was that I had blue chz and he had ranch.... But hey, they dont make the cheesecake so ill be back for that.... SNICKERS IS THA BOMB! lol

Best Customer Service in Town. This restaurant offers it all. First class service, food and a choice of inside or outside seating on beautiful Las Olas. It is located in the downtown area and has a beautiful view. The food is unbelievable as well as the deserts.

If you go in during peak times, there may be a small wait time, but it is worth it.
