losing ground-bad management?.
Ive spent hundreds of dollars at this place. Lately bad and getting worse, to go order was completely wrong, from entree to side, which I didnt discover till all the way home and I couldnt go back because I was late for work. Mgt. only offered my money back or a credit nothing more.
On another occasion crab cake was old, awful and inedible. Management and waitress defensive about it (WE think its good) but did more than the right thing and comped my whole meal. Which is why I came back for the to go order but they got that wrong and mgt. just made excuses again- "the girl who did it is one of our best people ???!!"
Mgt. who makes excuses is a bad sign.
The best person there is the daytime bartender, nice, helpful, always a smile and quick with my orders.
Honestly I like some of Ruby Tuesdays food but will probably try to find another location.
