Horrible treatment. SAM, the manager, was rude to my daughter when she returned with a stroller which had a part loose. He treated her roughly and wouldn't let her talk or explain herself. It was a 2008 Perego Stroller..no small purchase BUT he made it crystal clear that the store policy would stand and she was stuck with that stroller!) She was upset and she called me ( I paid for the stroller over the phone) so I called him, not believing that anyone could be so rude and mean to an 8 month pregnant first time mom. I was wrong. He was just as overbearing and indignant and defensive as she had described. What a sad man. He certainly has lost a potentially excellent customer. He is certainly not a people person and doesn't belong anywhere near a retail environment!

Obviously my daughter will never go there again. Who would choose to be traumatized like that unnecessarily? It really gives USA Baby a bad name. I wonder if they care?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Very poor sales practices and customer service skils!. If I would have had a option of rating this vendor with NO STARS, I would...The customer service is terrible and the store owner is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. After placing an order for more than $1800 worth of nursery furniture, they told me delivery would cost $130 when I placed my order.A month and a half later I returned to pay off the balance and schedule delivery but they now wanted to charge me $170 for delivery and assembly. If it wasn't that the store owner SAM had written the amount on my original receipt for delivery AND assembly it would not have been a big deal. But when I called later that day to let him know that the price he should have charged was $130, not $170 he told me that the price had gone up due to the increase in gas prices. This was the first time GAS prices were even brought up and mind you the price of gas was currently $0.15 LESS than it was a month and a half ago when I had placed the original order! The store owner is a liar and the store's selling practices are the worst I have ever experienced in my life!!! I would NEVER recommend USA Baby to anyone I know.
