There seems to be a consistent effort at this hospital, to not only to offer the best options for care, but in maintaining costs as reasonable as possible. In relation to my own visits, which were particulary difficult emotionally, I never felt as though I was getting overcharged, not always the case with other animal hosptials.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the care at this hospital. I have already recommended to friends as well. Everyone have impressed me...when all the personnel provide this level of service, it is simply too difficult to choose one individual.

I am extremely satisfied. I've talked about you guys to all my neighbors. This is my first visit so I can't name any one person. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful. from thos in the front office to the technicians and doctors. It was obvious their depth of caring for thte animals they tend to.

Dr. Hines, he is intelligent and cares for each animal in the facility. He shows his compassion and abilities with no difference between young or old.

Everything was fantastic!! The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Facilities were clean and well kept. I have aleady recommended this place to numerous people.

We went to Dianne's based both on reviews and on the recommendation of the B&B where we stayed. I am glad we did. My wife orded the filet mignon as a daily special and found it to be as good as any she has tasted. I had the house special meatloaf (my personal weakness) and would rate it amoung the best two or three I have tried. Both meals came with a very nice soup and were generous portions by almost any standards. -Sacramento, CA
