this place is horrible. Visit was made on 11/21/09, I had a coupon for a haircut and was told over the phone that it would be accepted for my visit. So I arrived at the salon, told the staff about the coupon, and was asked to wait while "carolynne'' came. After she arrived, she told me ''you know we already have very low prices, what do you need a coupon for?" After being flabbergasted by her stupid comments, I told her ''you gave this coupon out, and i want to use it'' She obliged and whispered something to a stylist. All during my hair cut the stylist was rude, and was very rough in her service. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told Carolynne and staff that I would never set foot in the place ever again. This place is absolutely horrible.

Fantastic!. This is an awesome place to have your hair done. The minute you walk in the door you are welcomed by the friendly staff. The stylist that did my hair was knowledgable, thorough and gave me the best cut I have ever had. I am done paying high prices for haircuts. Fantastic Sams Rocks!
