These people are lying, cheating thieves. I have a contract with these people and it expired months ago but they kept billing me. On close review of the contract, the section allowing them to auto-renew on a monthly basis was not selected and yet they auto-renewed anyways. The club ownership doesn't care as they won't even give me the time of day. They let their business be run by some billing company which continued to bill me and refuses to refund me for the unlawfully acquired monthly fees post-expiration. Attempts to resolve with the club management falls on deaf ears.

The club itself has nasty, dirty equipment. The locker room facilities are poorly maintained. The so-called "trainers" there are vulture-like beings who won't leave you alone.

I used to enjoy massages there but they got rid of the only really good LMT they had. The same is true of the salon--the only stylists left are rank amateurs.

And the whole place is run by lying, cheating thieves who don't give a darn (the worst word I can find that will pass the filter on this site) about it's customers.

Stay away from this place. You're better off at a club like LA Fitness where at least your membership is governed by actual rules and a real company.

Terrible facility and customer service. I would not recommend this health club to ANYONE. My husband and I were members there and hated it. The equipment is not kept clean, which is funny because they have signs up all over stating how important cleanliness is to them. My husband purchased a gift certificate for a massage from the spa as a gift for me (I really wish he had purchased it from somewhere else). I tried to call and schedule an appointment four times and couldn't even speak to someone that could look at the scheduling book. When I complained about this issue and asked for our money back, they couldn't have cared less and refused to give us our money back citing a policy that they do not refund gift certificates...even though my husband was never informed of this and it is not written on the certificate. We are now in the process of filing a civil suit agains them to get out money back. Crazy I know, but at this point it is the principle of the matter, and honestly I hate this facility and the treatment that we have received from one of the owners so much that I am willing to spend the money to take them to court. Your money, like ours, is better spent elsewhere.
