Dealing with Euro railways is a nightmare.
Watch out for this company! I was trying to get an estimate for four of us traveling on 3 day passes through Spain during the Christmas holiday. We want a 3 day pass plus a car. On the website it says that you can chat with your "personal travel agent" or request a phone call. I repeatedly asked for a phone call but would receive someone in the chat room telling me the phone lines were busy. Since we had a definite travel itinerary during Christmas and tons of luggage I wanted to insure that we had reserved seats in first class. Online again I requested a phone call as I wanted to speak to someone to make sure my card would not be charged until I was certain we all had seats and the appropriate car. Phone lines STILL busy. Beginning to feel uneasy with the "chats" as none would confirm a seat reservation I asked to cancel my unconfirmed order. I got no response and the chat ended. My card was charged 1635.00!!!!!!!! Now I am in the continued nightmare of disputing the charge and trying to get my money back.
We did get confirmed seats using another company and good thing because the train was booked full. If you are looking for legitimate rail passes don't use this company.

Once was one time too many.
They issued our rail pass for everyone traveling together. When one person on the pass had to cancel they refunded her fare completely and charged me a penalty to reissue the rail pass. even though there was no change on my part.
When notified, they insisted they had done everything correctly and refused to apply the penalty to the person who had canceled instead of me.

Euro-railways. I have had a difficult time having the company issue a train ticket in the correct name of the passenger.
