Best spa in town with fabulous staff!. On a recent trip to Florida, we decided to pamper ourselves with haircuts, pedicures and manicures and what a great choice we made with Casbah! From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a cup of fruited water until the time we checked out, everyone we encountered made the day so pleasant. We look forward to our next visit to Ft. Lauderdale and to the Casbah spa!
best experience. My second time at casbah in as many as 5 years. The service was fantastic then and even better this time. They get better every time. I had a massage and could not function the rest of the day. I was so relaxed. The massage therapist was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Now that I moved here from Atlanta, I will go there as often as I can. You should absolutely go for any service.
BEST SPA IN TOWN WITH GREAT STAFF.
I have been going to Casbah Spa since it opened 9 1/2 years ago for my spa treatments / hair services.
The staff at Casbah can not be more accommodating, the services are amazing and the spa itself is absolutely beautiful inside.
From the time I walk in to the spa and am greeted by the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the time I finish my services, my visit to the spa could not be more relaxing and fun!!!!
I love all the staff there; since I am there every week getting my mani's & pedi's I love my girl Anita for always making my nails look fabulous!!!!
If you have not experienced Casbah Spa, you are truly missing out.
I love Casbah and I love my Thursday's with Anita.
The BEST SPA in Town!!. I have been to many spa's from LA to NY and I have yet to experience a more professional and friendly staff. I went to Casbah for a day of pampering, thanks to my wonderful husband, it started with a mimosa (just what I needed) then followed an amazing massage, microderm abrasion facial, a detox body wrap (which helped with the mimosa...lol) a manicure and "tipsy toe" pedicure...yes I was served a COSMO in the pedicure room (not so good with the detox wrap...) and ended with a blow dry. I left there feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to enjoy a night out on the town with my husband. I can't wait to go back again!!!
NICE SALON BUT CRUEL BUSINESS PRACTICES. services are OK but I was shocked when on my 10th visit or so and the owner basically tried to tell me that I couldn't use a check to tip. I then heard the person I was tipping got in "trouble" for taking it. Why should this be an issue? My understanding is that the stylists, etc are all private contractors working on tips and % only. I don't even think they have benefits. Anyway, if I'm going to pay $60 for a mani/pedi then I'll tip in any way I want as long as it's OK with the service provider. I've heard other things but that was a personal experience that I can comment on. That place is owned/run by cruel slave runners! I won't go there on principle alone.
Serenenity. It was a tiny space but so peaceful. Clean and zen-like. The staff was accomodating and pleasant. Everyone was all smiles and it was one of the top massages I have had. Each room was elegantly setup and very welcoming.
Great atmosphere and treatments. I love the atmosphere and the massage I had was wonderful. It's a bit expensive, but worth it for the experience.
