Best salon ever. Love going to Salon Enchanted – Joseph always greats me with a smile, April and Keri are fabulous in the H2O room, Renee and Stephanie are great additions and Colleen always invigorates me with a terrific color and style.

Great place for hair and color!!!. This is a great salon. I have been a client for 5 years. From April and Keri in shampoo to Sara, my stylist and on to Joseph at the front desk, everyone is fabulous! I am made to feel welcome and I always love the way my hair looks. What I love about Salon Enchanted is their warmth and professionalism. They really look after the clients and make sure everyone is happy. Well done!!!!

Professional and Friendly. I have been going to Salon Enchanted now for over 5 years- everytime I leave the salon from my haircut or other treatments I am very happy- not only for the way my hair looks but because I had a great time at the salon. They are always on time- Joseph who takes care of the appointments is amazing- if he schedules you you will never have to wait. Everyone else in the salon are very friendly and warm. My mother has started going there now as well- and she loves it. She talks to Coleen about cooking shows - she feels very comfortable with everyone. Coleen and her team are very patient with her and that is a gift! Thank you team!!!

Wonderful and Professional Salon. I have been going to this salon since 2006 and from day one everyone has been professional, friendly and very welcoming. Everyone from the moment you walk in are wonderful- Joseph greets you and asks if you would like anything to drink, Keri and April who take care of your wash are amazing- the best head massage you will ever have. I have only been taken care by Coleen and have never had any issues with cut or even things that she has suggested for my hair- it has always been right on!! I would also not hesitate to be service by anyone else- as I have noticed how wonderful they all are over the years. The way Joseph handles the appointments is incredible- if you arrive at your schedule time you will never have to wait- they are that good. I could not recommend this salon any better as not only they are my salon of choice they are my friends. GREAT JOB SALON ENCHANTED- to many more years.

Shame On You. I called Enchanted to find out where my hairdresser had gone. They told me that they did not know nor did they have any information. I met with one of their clients and found out through her that Michael my hairdresser as well as Kandi and Tony had left and were now working at Salon 46 on Sheridan Street. I don't understand why they would lie but, then again I heard terrible things that are being said about these 3 hairdressers that I know for a fact are not true. Michael is a caring and happy person who does an amazing job everytime I go. Tony and Kandi are also amazing at their jobs and are very polite and wonderful workers. If you are looking for them as I said they are at Salon 46 on Sheridan St. Now this Salon 46 is amazing it has anything and everything in such detail. Try it believe me you will love it.

I'm so sorry that you thought the Salon lied to you about where your stylist was working. Unfortunately, your stylist did not inform me as to where he was going. I also found out from someone else. Talented stylist do make changes and I do feel it is up to the stylist to contact their customers when changes occur.
No one is saying anything bad about those hairdressers. Or who they are as people. I'm glad you were able to find who you were looking for and in this case it worked out.

Not a happy haircut. I made my first appointment last Saturday at Salon Enchanted because of all of the great reviews on this site. I made my appointment with Kandi, but because she was running behind, they rescheduled me with Tony. I am VERY UNHAPPY. I told him he could cut no more than 2 inches, and he cut 4 1/2. I told him I don't want short layers, that I prefer long layers. He cut the shortest layers I have ever seen. I told him that I do not want bangs, that I just got finished growing them out and I never want them again. And before I knew it, he was cutting really short bangs. I told him to stop, but it was too late. I walked into my appointment feeling good about myself, and walked out in tears. I HATE my new haircut, and so do all of my friends and family. And now I'm stuck for 6 months until this garbage grows out.

Wonderful salon. I recently visited Salon Enchanted for the first time and was very impressed. The salon is modern and clean, very inviting and friendly. All of the stylists were really welcoming and made me feel like a loyal, long-time customer and not just a new face off the street. Michael Clarke was my stylist and he was great! I have gotten major compliments on my highlights and couldn't be happier with the results. He worked quickly and accurately and made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit to the salon. I would recommend him highly to anyone! He is a truly talented stylist!

Be Enchanted Again at Salon Enchanted in Fort Lauderdale. I'd like to first say that if its professional service that you are looking for, this is the place! Looking for friendly stylists? Look no further. I personally have Tony C. as my stylist and he is absolutely amazing, he has helped me to learn how to take care of my own hair in this very different South Florida climate (I am originally from Ma).My hair has never felt and looked better than it does now. He is amazing with my color (I am a redhead) and he has wooed me into updating my hair so that I look and feel like my hair is truly a shining crown of glory, thank you, thank you Tony. Brittany is a joy to speak with at the front desk and everyone is always smilling. The shampoo that you get there will make you want to go weekly, believe me! Oh and it must be mentioned that the products in the salon are all Paul Mitchell, the best there is for working with the salt air and the constant sunshine here in sunny Florida. Yes, I am happy that I found Salon Enchanted, best salon I have ever been a regular customer of.

If you want your hair done right, go here!. I have been going to Salon Enchanted since it first opened. Everyone who works there will make you feel comfortable and they know what they are doing. Every time I go to get my haircut done, I explain to Coleen what I am looking to do and she goes beyond my expectations. I walk out of the salon feeling amazing. If you want your hair done the right way and if you want to walk away with your new haircut feeling like a confident cat, then you need to march yourself over to Salon Enchanted. You will not regret it!!

Today I was very brave. I have had the same hairdresser for over 10 years..but I am now in florida and I had to pick somone new. Scary!..
Well, I had a great experience with Sara. I got a cut, color and a little shine. I am so happy. I cant believe how comfortable she made me,, I just knew from the moment I sat down that I was in good hands. I dont normally like my hairdo the day i get it done. This time, I actually love it.
The salon itself was very comfortable. I felt welcomed from the minute I arrived, and noticed that all their regulars were right at home.
Go try it,, be brave, try someone new!
