STAY AWAY!. When i arrived that was someone chitchatting with the asst manager and while their were SEVERAL other employees it took several minutes for anyone to take my order. When a cashier finally did, she had a bit of an attitude and seemed very rude. After she tossed my change at me she left to make my coffee meanwhile i'm waiting and i realized she didn't give me my receipt so when she brings my coffee i tell her i didn't receive my receipt, she rolls her eyes and says "I didn't give you your receipt?!?!" She hits a few buttons on the screen and prints it out for me, she doesn't say "sorry "or "my bad" or anything much less offer the donut that is stated would be free if a receipt was not issued. I only have gone to this location because it is on my way to work but i don't know why i went back, its ALWAYS awful service with lots of people working but always a line because there is no structure, always unorganized, always all the employees chatting about in spanish. Its quite frankly the worst DD i have ever been to and i have been to many because i love DD.! This sore should be contacted and spoken with and told how to better their team. The employee that assisted me (if you can call it that) according to my receipt was named Maria. I am genuinely disappointed.
