I feel so violated. Dealer sold us a warranty and when we needed to use it, we found out that although we paid for it, the dealer never paid for it so we were . The finanace guy also told us that he could not finanace our car if we did not purchase the GAP coverage.. Found out that was a lie... When we realized al this we asked for a refund for the $1500 we paid the dealers .. Still do not have that and now we cant get anyone to call us back. I am going to the attorney general for resolution. Funny this dealer is not listed with the BBB…

deplorable service. My boyfriend and i recently purchased a used car from Rick Case on 925 N State Road 7 Plantation, FL 33311. We received no spare keys and my boyfriend received no spare tire for the car or gas to make it home. This which was brought to their attention and nothing was done.. 2 days after I purchased my car, I discovered a loud knocking noise in the front, I immediately called Rick Case Hyundai to report the problem with the car and NO ONE returned my calls. Every day for 2 ½ months I have been calling and they have been giving myself and my boyfriend the runaround. Today is March 9, 2012 and they still have not assisted me with the problem I am still having with my car. I will never refer anyone to purchase a car from Rick Case Hyundai and my next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive a call back today!…
