Don't bother. Most of the wait staff are friendly, I've been there on a few occasions and food has been O.K. but good luck sending your order back if you don't like it, the owner decides if you should be able to eat it or not, I tried sending overcooked food back only to be told its fine. The portion overcooked was refunded .50c end of story. There are many Diners around, I suggest going elsewhere.

Okay but not great.. Just an average diner. Service is quick but this is no 3 or 4 star eating establishment. They charged me 75 cents for a to go cup because I didn't finish my drink and wanted to take it with me. I thought that was a little strange.

Awesome breakfast and lunch! What a find!. This restaurant is an old fashioned mom and pop diner type. It has some of the most interesting breakfasts I have found in south fla. Their Mom's Omelet is a real treat(ham,scallions,cream cheese and tomato) or how about the Carlton Omelet (bacon, tomato and hollandaise sauce), trythe Portabella Mush, Spinach, and Feta Omelet, or how about Sweet Potato Pancakes,or Banana Pecan French Toast,Irish Benedict, to name a few. The burgers are to die for all the meat is brought in from the butcher shop a few doors down every day,thier chicken philly sub and ruebens are great too.The turkey is the real thing and they have lunch specials everyday. The waitresses treat you like family, and if you become a regular they usually get to know your drinks, and favorites by heart and they make sure they tell you if something you particularly like is on special.The service is super prompt because they all work as a team and you can ask anyone of them for something you need. The food is always very quick out of the kitchen and hot. The atmosphere is comfortable with lots of nostalgic memorabilia and figurines to look at while you eat. I think this is one of the best kept secrets in fort lauderdale though you may have to wait in the air conditioned hall believe me it will be worth the wait.
