Steve arrived as scheduled for estimate. Made an appointment for installation. Called to postpone due to delay in tint delivery. Rescheduled for next day. He performed the job, exactly as discussed for the price discussed. Very friendly and responsible. I plan to use him again!

Dear Steven:

Thank you for finally finishing the job today, with the white caulking.

Per our conversation, I will wait for the receipt for the total paid with my credit card for 450$, and for the warranty for 10 years, as you promised.

As I told you today, I am disappointed at the tint job. It does not look neat, the black caulking shows in parts, several parts of the film are scratched, dirty with caulking, and broken, and is not sealed a 100% against hurricanes, as I expected to see in the finished job.

When I saw the job at Mrs. Cohens window, it looked neat, is why I hired you to do the job. Just know I am NOT satisfied with the finished job, it does not look professional as I expected after I checked Mrs. Cohens job.
