The best service. Both my husband and myself have purchased numerous pairs of glasses and have always been happy with service and professionalism of owners. I recently bought a pair of glaasses that just didn't work for me so the owner is making another pair at his expense. Wow! I am very impressed and will continue to give them my business as long as he's around!!!

Great staff ( Owners ) are honest and courteous. Its a good feeling having trust in your purchases , something I dont have from big chain stores.
I saved at least 250.00 compared to quotes I got at a chain store during one of their so called " sales" and got personalized service as well.

Great Selection, Great Prices. I've gotten my glasses from them for years. They have a wide selection of frames, all priced the same, and all priced low. When I needed a new scrip, they trimmed the lenses to fit my existing frame to save me money. Try getting a big chain optician to do that. And both owners have always been helpful and courteous. If there's any downside, it's the wait you sometimes run into, due to their large clientele, many of whom are seniors on a strict budget. You can't beat their prices. If the sign says $69, it won't turn into $200 like at the big guys. Will I use them again? I'm picking up my new pair of glasses tomorrow.
Awful Owners. I went there to get my sons glasses fixed that I purchased from them 6 months prior. The wife owner told me they would call when fixed. After 2 months(it was summer) I called them because I never was contacted. She couldn't find my order and when she did she said they were never sent out because the couldn't replace the part. Then she said she would look into it and never heard from her again. Had to keep calling to get a simple job done. Still never let me know when they were ready. Finally I went to get them and explained how unhappy I was with their service. I was verbally attacked by both owners and was also told ( like other review) that I needed a psychiatrist. I was the problem , it was my attitude and they then took the fixed glasses back from me and took them apart and sent me out the door with broken glasses. They were calling me every name in the book and they kicked me out of their store. I guess I should have lower expectations of what good reasonable service is. They were very nasty to me and this was also in front of my 3 young children. They need to learn how to deal with unhappy customers. They dropped the ball with my order and slowed it down. They should have apologized and been gracious to me for my patience and understanding for their mistake. Not sure why anyone would ever give them repeat business after dealing with them and their nasty store.
NASTY - NASTY OWNERS !!.
I have a med problem (chronic pain) making it very difficult for me to wear glasses. Frame must fit perfectly & NOT to be changed, lens must be EXACT!
Husband-Owner 1: messed up my frame by making unnecessary adjustments when I told him something wasn't right.
Wife-Owner 2: Found axias was off (in lens) & that's what the orig problem was - THEIR ERROR!! And they scr*wed up my frame!
However, blamed the problem on me, told me I needed a psychiatrist, problem was all in my head, etc.
Got new lens & it was ok. But frame was now no good b/c of the adjustments.
Got my refund & they threw me out of the store!!!
They have a beautiful assortment of frames, but if this is the treatment they offer .... I suggest you stay away. They did it once, they'll do it again.
