The bottom of the barrel!.
In all of my years conducting business with people, from millionaire businessman to your local grocer, I have never found anyone more incompetent or irresponsible than these people. They don't understand the concept of accountability.
I paid them handsomely to repair my car's air-conditioning and wound up getting a car back with many more problems than I started with. If you love your car and wish for it to be handled with care, stay away from this establishment.
I hope they go out of business very soon.
