Horrible Experience. I went in to get my tattoo done and waited at least 6 hours for an opening. When I was told they wouldn't have an opening for at least 2 1/2 hours, I went home a half hour away. As soon as I got home, they called me and told me they had an opening just now. Of course, I was so excited to get the tattoo done I drove all the way back. I gave the tattoo artist the picture I wanted done (a very SIMPLE piece of art) to be done on my hip. Not only did he tell me he could not size the thing down (seriously??), but he added things to it that I didn't like, instead of drawing out the picture. My tattoo is now a joke and as a customer, I certainly feel like one. Very unprofessional.
HORRIBLE SHOP. I went into the shop looking for an "artist", someone who I can describe my idea and have them draw it out (if I could draw I wouldn't need an artist!!!!) and was sorely disappointed. I waited a hour for my "consult" which was done at the front desk with 3 other employees and 4 other customers in the same 10 feet of space. I never got a chance to fully explain my ideas or ask questions because the "artist" interrupted me every time I spoke. He was very condesending and rude about the art I want. When describing the ideas and concepts I was told I would need to bring in exactly what I want because he didn't want to draw it out. In the middle of my consult he interrupted me to do a consult with a walk in!!! He was just as rude and unfriendly to them as he was to me and they left as well. There was one helpful man when I first arrived who asked me who I was there to see, and then never told the "artist" I was there or waiting. The girl who answers the phone and her big boned friend were rude and unfriendly for the second time (the 1st when we checked out the shop they were talking s@*% behind our backs and when I turned around and caught them they didn't have the decency to apologize). The "artist" requires $100 cash deposit, which no one bothered to mention ahead of time. I wouldn't let this rude, entitled, self righteous, condesending, judgemental a@%&#*^ tattoo my worst enemy. Tattooing is a spiritual experience and the person doing it shouldn't be a jack a#$.
Great place for a tattoo. Chances are, if you had a bad experience at this shop- YOU may have a problem!!!! This shop has a fun and exciting feel to it....Everytime I'm there the guys and girls are joking around back and forth with themselves and us customers.......I love the work and the attitude there and would refer anyone to this shop....Sometimes we get busy and caught up in OUR world and we don't sit back to think about what's going on in someone elses' life....Be patient and good things fall into place....
Run away!. Not a good place to go. Staff was unfriendly and very unprofessional. Piercing room was right next to the bathroom with people coming in and out, tattoos were done in front where anyone could come in and watch and talk to the artist while the tattoo was being done--no privacy at all!! Staff was rude and unhelpful when I was asking about how to take care of my piercing. In general, a nightmare--I definitely would not recommend anyone go here.
